You can now converter Komodo, @syscoin, and others coin prices to btc in your Google Sheet.

Can anyone share a link to a road-map or more information about the future of KMD?
Thanks
Here's our roadmap: Finished milestones - security (dPoW) - privacy (zk-SNARKs) Half finished milestones - stable assets (Komodo Currencies) Future milestones - smart contracts - smart businesses - hierarchical chains Komodo Platform is building financial innovations, and the smart contracts are a natural next step after all the privacy/security features and the pegged Komodo Currencies (32 national currencies). We will create technology that allows people to organize horizontally with smart businesses (or decentralized organizations). With the technology, you can fund/get funded anonymously, interact with your shareholders/co-workers anonymously, and pay dividends. In essence, we will build tools that allow people to interact with each other without permission or third party. The hierarchical chains vision is about making blockchain scale. We can use the dPoW, DEX, and lock/redeem innovations we already created to launch additional blockchains that are part of the same network. For example, we could launch a Komodo chain#2, and funds could move from chain#1 to chain#2 with a similar mechanism the KMD moves to kUSD, or kEUR chain (Komodo Currencies). These additional blockchains would be secured with dPoW and connected with DEX. The user could make a payment using any of those blockchains, and of course, the KMD supply wouldn't arbitrary increase as the KMD gets locked in one chain at the same time it moves to another chain. Having ten chains will increase the tx capacity by tenfold, and that is how we can scale Komodo, the Komodo currencies, or any coin that is launched within our platform. it's very interesting . I can not wait for it anymore . I will spend some bitcoins to buy more cheap KMD coins. KMD is considered as digital currency in the future combined with smart contract . It seems KMD can cover many important functions of bitcoin, zec, eth.... This is what I need to hold it for long-term period.

Just wondering it's been quite a while since we have had a wallet update... Are we maybe going to see something new this month? Not rushing by any means only eagerly awaiting.....

This time the gui team is completely rewriting the code and moving to a new framework. For this reason it's taking longer than usual but they say it will be a completely different experience and will fix the common issues. It's already well advanced but still too early to set a date for release.

Seemed like things were going smoothly and quickly with the bug fixing before. Just concerned that new code = more bugs.

I'm not sure but I trust they know what they're doing. The new framework will be easier to debug, upgrade and mantain, from the little they say it seems coming along very well and with tons of fixes

Could be that the old version was very dependent on third party libraries and prerequisites that caused problems across different OS platforms.

Can anyone help me out here? I have several questions. I have 0.028 BTCD from a wallet from 3-4 years ago, once it finally syncs and stakes any idea how much BTCD i'll have?
Also, how do I convert this BTCD to KMD? What's the difference?

It's already well advanced but still too early to set a date for release. What was the main reason for completely rewriting/switching the code? Why not just work on improving current code? Seemed like things were going smoothly and quickly with the bug fixing before. Just concerned that new code = more bugs. This was explained in the last Agama update that had its broad roadmap: https://supernet.org/en/resources/updates/get-ready-for-decentralized-exchange-agama-development-roadmapCurrently the GUI consists of vanilla JavaScript code and jQuery. It is working, but as the code base grows it will become harder to manage. The EasyDEX-GUI code needs a more efficient and modern technological approach, especially when it comes to coding the decentralized exchange Graphic User Interface (GUI). The team has decided to go with react.js.
The frontend upgrade to react.js will be done right after we have made sure that the current version is stable enough and works for most users.
The team will try to reuse as much of the existing codebase as possible while porting to new backend technology so that this upgrade should not take too much time to finish. We already have developer resources ready that will be contributing to further EasyDEX-GUI development. This upgrade may take 2-4 weeks. It is hard to say at the moment but, as indicated above, the target would be to complete this as soon as possible.
There haven't been any major updates since that last post as it is still very valid and up to date. The GUI team is following the broad roadmap described there. Since it seems the coin has stabilized for now, i've re-enabled https://kmd.suprnova.cc for mining / withdrawals etc Yay! I will include suprnova.cc to the OP again. Can anyone help me out here? BTCD doesn't have developers anymore, KMD has a strong roadmap. Read back a little and you will see a roadmap description. You can swap through ico.komodoplatform.com To withdraw the KMD follow the payout instructions in the OP of this thread.

yes, it's impressive , guy. I have just bought some KMD coins for long-term staking and I can hope it will hit $ within next 3 -6 months. This price is quite cheap to go to the moon .

Keep patient and buy more cheap coins now. Perhaps this is the last chance to see the cheap price . I guess it will hit 1$ in next month and you will feel regretful about this if you miss this chance.
