I went to the bathroom came back and it was over, lol.  Thought I'd have up to six hours at least.
But looking at how it went down there were a LOT of whales making $500K or $1 million purchases and some jackass bypassed the limit by buying 2 batches and the Cosmos devs didn't bother to enforce the $1 million limit on them.

I honestly don't think this is the best way to distribute a token, to have a bunch of whales holding such a huge proportion seems to be pretty unhealthy since now they'll have to all dump them at exchanges to increase use of this blockchain but maybe that's the way they want it.

SHIT, it said its soft cap  will hidden for the first 6 hours, but only 28 minutes its cap work, i don't know why the project break its rule. I just use some time to write word, then send ether to its address, it reject my investing. Why project don't obey its original rule?

Congratz on that record breaking end for any ico to reach its goals. This was always bigger than bitcointalk and I CA t wait to see this get off the ground .

Maybe these kind of ICOs could save a certain amount of coins for smalltime investors.

Let´s say some % for folks who´ll only buy with tens of/ or a few hundred dollars.

It would probably garner continuing interest from a larger group and later on this would save in promotion funds and be more beneficial economically all over.

You missed the mark about this whole thing. This is some new stuff that will most likely be ground breaking. Bitcointalk was probably the smallest part of promotion and not really needed to gain interest. As the ico clearly show.

Now stop complaining and either keep supporting it and buy some tokens at a later stage, you'll probably still get a good price considering what the future may hold for this project or just leave it and jump on the next thing.

If you look at the payments sent though it was a lot of huge whales making $1 million purchases, so I think people are just upset that it was bought out so quickly by whales instead of being available for wider investment.  I actually think it's bad for the token that so much of the distribution is held by a few people, they really should have put a much lower cap on individual investment because they would have likely hit their $17 million mark anyway, while getting a lot more people involved.  $1 million per person was probably too high considering how many people were willing to invest.

You have no idea if there's one whale making the $1m buy and or a group of say 100 people that gathered up their money to be guaranteed to get in. I know that was an idea that me and my mates discussed in order to "guarantee" to get in.
