Is there something wrong with the site atm? Its been more than an hour I tried to login but it gives me an error :

Hi guys, you should be all set.  A quick update took a bit longer than expected and caused an unexpected error but this was fixed.  Good luck to everyone today.

Go over here https://www.betcoin.ag/promos you'll find some available bonuses, click on one of the bonuses you are looking for then you'll find how to get the bonus. Afaik their bonuses are mostly added manually after you ask it via live chat or submit a ticket. Make sure you read the whole terms of the bonuses because not all players are eligible for the bonuses. Some bonuses required bronze level II or higher.
