I registered in the MOSS#2 150,000 GTD that starts in a few hours but I am not on the the registration list and I was not refunded my chips.  The game will start soon....I contacted support and submitted a ticket yesterday ("Ticket #1542: Took my chips again!") but it hasn't been resolved yet.  Can you help expedite the process ---> the game will start soon.

ok I am making this post as a last resort because I really love you guys, you are my favorite poker site and I have been playing and promoting you guys for over 3 years. I never had any problems (until today).  

I recently made a deposit of 10 chips (0.01 btc) with plans to play this weekend.

Well I tried to log into my account today and it says that my account is blocked.

It was a total surprise to me because I did nothing wrong and have never cheated or had multiple accounts.

so I tried to get help from the live support because they have always been great and able to help me when i had a problem... but this time as soon as I came on the live support the guy said "why don't you just go use your other account?" and he listed some other account that I really never heard of.

He refused to believe me at all and then he asked me to send my ID to the support email (I was on my cellphone at the time so I said I would be back when i got on my computer). He said ok and left the chat.


Well, now I am on my computer. I scanned my ID and have it ready.

So I came back to the site and I clicked the live chat button and filled in the message saying that it was me...and the live chat just disappeared and now I don't see the live chat option at all on the site.  

So now I made a support ticket and just hoping to god you guys will work with me on this because I am not a cheater... In fact I am a pretty big affiliate as well as a Silver level player and have been for over 3 years. I never cheated and never plan to.

I am waiting for a reply on the support ticket and will send in my ID if you really want it. I got nothing to hide.

I will update here on how this works out.

I hope to just get my account back so i can continue to play and promote my favorite poker site.


UPDATE: They gave me back my account. I want to thank the support team for helping me with this matter. You fuys really are my favorite poker site.

After my debacle with NitrogenSports I plugged my nose and gave Betcoin a chance. In the last month I realized a few aspects of the site that made me no longer be involved with them in any way.

I was going to use my last 250 Ticket and walk away but I spoke on a issue yesterday and was blocked today for having a different opinion on how they ran this 250 TY promotion. Little on how yesterday was for me..

I log on to register to a weekly tourney only to find out they are allowing every one to play and they chose not to announce this to early to keep people from multi accounting the hell out of the tourney. Supposedly, this is the reason for making everyones ticket worth nothing in the process.
The whole perk was that the field tended to be small and you had a greater chance of cashing, I played and some how it kept under 70ish players.
But the issue stems from them having another tourney labelled 250 Thank YOU running as well. The support in chat repeatedly stated it would most likely be cancelled and I figured I would contact support to at least get a screenshot to show I was concerned and watching people still register well my ticket was not working.
Support responds by giving me a copy and pasted response about not knowing about a second tourney and then killing chat.

This support issue tends to be a ongoing issue and I find if you get cute in any way you get the run around or stalled. So I said I was not happy with the promotion and they ban me! Does this sound like a group that you want to put funds with in any form of trust, knowing they lock accounts left and right?

The BCC fork issue was a eye opener because I gave them benefit of the doubt till they decided to suddenly listen to the players after 2 weeks and except BCC! That screams scam and they have yet to make good or prove this is not the case.

I sent them some multi account reports to see how they handled these things and it went back and forth and I thought I was getting somewhere which was awesome.
But then the exchanges dried up and they proceeded to erase any evidence of me reporting any players. These accounts I reported also are blatant and obvious and they wrote chip dumping down to aggressive play!

I advise people to stay clear of this platform as they appear to be more crooked than NitrogenSports and everyone knows how I feel about them.

How does the exchange rate work with buying into WPN tournaments which are in dollars (USD)?
Do you respect the same exchange rate when buyin for a tournament and when getting paid if you win a prize?
