From my experience, they always processed the withdrawal with small fee and it always take pretty much time just to get your coin here. With this current traffic on blockchain I believe you should wait longer time to get your money as well.  As you can see they got pretty huge red trust right now and I do not think that they have any of this policy to make surr your money comes to your wallet. The only way is just wait them to confirm your withdrawal process

Unfortunately major blockchain delays are causing backups on receiving some withdrawals but if for some reason, the BTC gets returned to us, we will return to your account so it can be requested again. Apologize for the delay.

Last time I used Betcoin to withdraw, it allowed LTC and ETH, is that still not the case and why not use them considering the Bitcoin fees problem is effecting everyone not really just a problem here.      Withdraw the LTC or ETH to an exchange if you feel like and convert it to BTC there.    I tend to avoid BTC use if I can, my last look for Bittrex for example showed I would have to pay 20 dollars to move the money which is highway robbery and the miners are way out of line thinking that idea can continue.

Agreed thanks, we are recommending people withdraw by different method right now, when possible due the the excessive backups on the BTC blockchain. We also offer ETH, LTC, BCH and DASH.

A new group has bought into the site. Some of the staff will remain the same but many new people have been added as well. The focus going forward will be providing better customer service and faster ticket times.

The poker bonus chips were received as a deposit bonus which could be earned through poker play. Players did not contribute to to this. Like on every other site, that bonus had an expiration date. In this case, it was when poker ended. This prevents players who deposited 100 chips 2 years ago and only played enough to release 10 bonus chips from receiving the other 90 promotional chips they didn't earn. Another scenario is someone who deposited 100 chips 2 weeks ago and didn't play any poker not being able to double their money without earning the bonus. Earning deposit bonuses through rake which expire at some point is a standard throughout the industry.

The plan for the BBJ is to release a list showing that it was distributed in full. The new management group wants to be completely transparent about this. The biggest issue regarding this is account privacy, but we are thinking of ways that will satisfy everyone. Let us know if you have any suggestions.

If there are many of your active players who are from the restricted countries, means you are ready to lose them? Or you will still allow them to play by using VPN or you will just block their accounts if you find them using VPN?
