Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

So if we sent BTC from an address we control, what are the actions we need to take at this point? Or will we simply receive a refund less the tx fees?

So how we give evidence to Sebastian Ju, if we sent from exchange wallet, and if we did not follow rule no2? We give him both credentials to first wallet (exchange), and from inchan.io? to see for himself our sum in bitcoin. Do admin approve him to give our credentials, Sergey?

1.75 Million, the team is so greedy. God damn it, so many projects feel good about themselves, and ask for at least 1000, 2000 btc, what the fXXk they have so unrealistic dreams.

Inchain ICO program is not set in the failure to raise the public when all funds will be returned to the original address setting, this is not difficult to do, very curious and very depressed why they don't do so, both easy and no dispute

Inchain ICO program design does not fail when all funds returned to the original address set, this is not difficult to do, very curious and very depressed why they don't do so, both easy and no dispute

Returned to the original address set? You don't get the idea, some people sent money directly from exchanges, it means the fund will deposit to exchanges wallet, and then you lose the fund. Refund is not easy like you think, they have to process thousands of transactions, and some investors forget this thing, they may claim next month, even in 2017..

Because some people sent from exchanges.

If they return their funds to that address then the funds will be lost.
