I have the same problem of the guy who said that sent from an exchange before the rules were posted here (on btctalk).

I have the btc transaction, the data inside the account of inchain, i sent an email to sebastianju and a pm... i'm waiting an answer.
Before, i wrote also to the inchain support from the site, but no answer after the end of the ico.

I hope my refund come soon...

I have sent a PM.........signing or sending a proof of ownership doesn't make sense.  Why don't you just send the refund to the sender's address?  Who owns the address seems a moot point.  The address is the proof of who sent the coin. 

I sent it from my Trezor, so if I must then please provide instructions on how to satisfy your requirements.

I couldn't sign message, because I sent BTC on exchange. So I simply gave my login details, it was accepted and I have my BTC back now. Easy. I recommend you to follow this path if you can't sign a message. Just make sure you have no coins in the exchange

Has anyone received an email with INSTRUCTIONS on how to get the ETH refund?? All I've received are emails outlining the refund timeline. Which by-the-way, indicates that tomorrow December 2nd is the last day for refund emails to be sent from Escrow for account verification?? WTF!!???
