Hi, I am new to crypto markets so this might be a noob question. But I deposited some bitcoins to Cryptopia two days ago. I can see it in balance page but it is not listed as "available".

Is it common to wait for more than two days? Or is some action required from me?

I wrote service ticket to them but I understand that they are overwhelmed right now by ETH issues etc

Thanks for any response

Edit: BTC became available after three days. Everything seems ok now

It seems that Cryptopia has serious problems.

Yesterday I sent two transfers of KMD to Cryptopia, but KMD are still unavailable (balance on Cryptopia = 0, no data in deposit history).
In the KMD block explorer  there are more than 900 confirmation for both transfers.
This is the verified KMD address  -  in the past I've used it many times ...

After 20+ confirmations I've entered support ticket (#65830)  - despite 2 escalations still no response form Cryptopia support, case status "Awaiting admin reply"

Since yesterday I lost more than 20% (in Fiat) of transferred money ... :-(

Today next problem - as a result of no response from Cryptopia support  - a few hours ago I've decided to withdraw my byteballs (GBYTE) from the platform.
According to Cryptopia's (withdraw history) transaction is complete, but no such transaction in Byteball block explorer (and of cause amount hasn't reached the destination address).  (-:

Can cryptopia please fix byteball withdrawals?  You are giving us non-existent txids and our withdrawals aren't coming through.  Some people have been waiting for weeks.  It seems like you are stealing our bytes.

Or at least give an update on byteball withdrawals?

If they're generating txids that don't appear in the block explorer or your wallet then it's possible they're on an unintentional fork; a different path on the blockchain.

Has Byteball been updated recently? Is it possible Cryptopia is still running an older version?

edit: I see Byteball does things a little differently when it comes to securing the blockchain, so it's possible I'm way off.

What is you txid ? If it is a deposit it could be that you used too low a tx fee and that it is not getting confirmed.

It's concerning cryptopia isn't answering the byteball withdrawal problem they've forwarded to the staff weeks ago.

If it's a non-existent ID it means they still have the bytes in their wallet, that's what the byteball folks are telling me.  All they need to do is credit the user's accounts again with the proper byteball and fix their wallet.   It's not the user's fault if they are generating non-existent txids, and if they never fix the problem they are liable for a class action lawsuit for stealing assets.

wow... I just noticed that and checked my account. It's 0.002 BTC withdrawal fee now! Shocked
not only they raised "Minimum Trade Values" but they also raised BTC withdrawal fee?!?
I think they increased withdrawal fee for a few select other coins too  Angry
with BTC price rising and recommended min BTC tx fee slowly decreasing, they decide to up the fee?
what reasons exactly behind these recent changes? I think cryptopia needs to explain a bit to calm down the outrage

I noticed the increase in 0.002 BTC days ago and I was shocked already. For small traders it's a killer.

And now I just noticed the increase in minimum trade to 50k sats BTC (*). I gave my dad some funds to do small trades and now he can't do basically nothing, nor trade nor withdraw. I guess only option here is to transfer funds to some other account internal to Cryptopia? Otherwise those funds are frozen there forever.

(*) with increase value of BTC related to USD also this makes no sense. The more BTC has value, the more I'm obligated to invest? This sounds really weird.

Is this the only exchange with this problem of token wallets blocked for maintenance? All other exchanges I've seen are slow due to fu*k*ng kittens in the ethereum network but they all work. I've deposited Revain token, thousands of confirmations in the network but in Cryptopia nothing in my Revain wallet.
It does not make any sense, moreover losing money with this problem.
