Now, BIS withdrawal shows non-existing TxId too.

UPD. Received next day. GBYTE withdrawal is still missing.

There is also a problem with XMR withdrawals.
I made a withdrawal 2 days ago, received a fake txid.
Support is not answering.
and I am not alone

XMR is definitely not an ecr20 token Smiley

i have the same problem going on.   Undecided

I made three gbyte withdrawals Friday, however they didn't go through, and they are NOT on the GBTYE blockchain. Please help, and i'm hoping you can credit them back almost 7 GBYTE on my account as nothing is send out. thank you! here they are :

I am in a similar boat with a GBYTE withdrawal.

It seems Cryptopia is running version 1.7 of the Byteball wallet.

That version is from April 2017:

The latest version 2.0 just came out a few days ago:

Perhaps this broke compatibility of the GByte wallet of Cryptopia?
Should be an easy fix I would say.

Can someone please forward this to the Cryptopia team?  People have been waiting literally weeks for withdrawals to wallets.  And they are fearing an exit scam.

Of course... just cleared right as I posted.

Also... my small BWK deposit cleared right at an hour.

I also did a small ETH deposit around the same time -- still waiting on it. But yah... looks like it just takes about an hour.

I sent some ETN almost 3 hours ago, ~ 200 confirmations already but they still haven't shown up.

Withdrawal confirmation letters are sometimes not being sent, or sent very slowly.  I contacted support, and did the resend but nothing on a few. Also getting The service is unavailable or invalid security token. Since trades are going very slow, maybe overall strain on team/system.

Dudes at Cryptopia: please give a *public* update on your situation.  There's at least 3 currencies people have stuck withdrawals on.  Byteball, Monero etc... Some people have been waiting weeks.

Please start issuing public statements, before we start preparing for lawsuits ala Cryptsy.  Everyone is fearing an exit scam, we need something other than your copy-paste support ticket answers.

Lol

Put yourself in the customer's shoes.  We didn't force the company you work for to add so many coins your bosses tech team doesn't have the time to upkeep wallets, perform regular tests on them to make sure they are working, and support a growing userbase (assuming best case scenario and these are the only problems at play_.  We're not trying to be mean.  The ETH problem *wasn't* cryptopia's fault, I'm talking about other coins.  When you go weeks or months without public updates on non-working deposits and withdrawals advertised as working, that IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS BORDERLINE ILLEGAL

1 week, still no reply. As I probably will never see my coins again I wish lafu and all other cryptopia mofos to use all the scammed money to buy candles for their parents and childrens graves.
Stay away from ETN and the cryptopia scammers.
