Its good but main problem is when they are going to pay users their funds as time is running out very quickly and many members have no alternative so they are suffering very badly right now they need some quick compensation from this but here just new orders coming which are not helping in any way. Thing is, the lawyer firm that got hired to run this case is eating up all the money. Who knows how much is going to be left to cover the losses. Unless they wait until the real bull market starts and they cover the losses in FIAT currencies.

All logics are good and 100% right because now I am living in day dreaming that sometime I will have my all savings back and will live some good life again in reality nothing going to happen and frustration is also increasing day by day but after expressing my views here sometime feel good thanks for reply and giving time

Excellent. Thank you for the link. Too many victims of the Cryptopia scam have been left in the dark, there is not enough news or certainty about what is going on and what will be going on. The link at least gives some figures for victims to look at.

This will never happen. I don't think I will ever get my deposit back and the sad part is that cryptopia did everything fair and legal in the matter.
Authorities are moving too slow.

This is my point as well authorities doing all things very slow which is not good and fair they must do some fast as victims are suffering badly lawyers taking fees and liquiders also taking some good fees but we are in not good condition as we are going down badly day by day.

They should not be using COVID-19 as a cover for delay tactics. With the amount of money involved and the number of people scammed here they should at least provide regular updates. The last update on the cryptopia website was 12th June 2020 Man this covid has given these lazy fuckers GT a great excuse to do fuck all for the last 3 months.

I have long lost hope of getting any more money back from Cryptopia (I have gotten 90% of my BTC when they reopened briefly). All the remaining money/coins sold will pay the liquidators and there will be nothing left for us.

This is what a lot of victims are worried about. I just do not know why they called the liquidators in when they could have tried to make up the shortfall by profit sharing and returning losses. It has hallmarks of being like an inside job. I have long lost hope of getting any more money back from Cryptopia (I have gotten 90% of my BTC when they reopened briefly). All the remaining money/coins sold will pay the liquidators and there will be nothing left for us.

Do you really think that liquidators will want to be payed in bags of shitcoin? All valuable coins were stolen by hackers already (BTC, ETH and ERC20 tokens)

All valuable coins were stolen by hackers already (BTC, ETH and ERC20 tokens) I'm not buying those hacked words on them since the one came on my mind is that incident is inside job, so if theirs liquidator came then hopefully it will be done since provably many affected users are still hoping to get their money on this platform. Also its not good if they will be payed on shitcoin since its another hassle for the users.

I would not be surprised if it was an inside job, I do not believe it was a hack in the conventional sense. In my opinion it is clear someone within the organisation either orchestrated or facilitated in the hack. We should be able to use the old interface and download our coins. Maybe a percentage of the BTC held will go for staff providing that?

I doubt there is much BTC left, as the wallet wasn't compromised, so most of it could already be withdrawn at the beginning of this story, when they gave access for a window of time. Personally I got 90% of my BTC back.

I'm fairly sure I read that the Judge has ruled the funds are owned by the clients of Cryptopia and therefore G&T have to return those funds to the clients as opposed to bleeding the funds dry as some/most people contributing to this thread seem to think.
It'd be interesting to be a fly on the wall when Cryptopia's owners are presented with the bill to pay for G&T's services.
