This coin and the BTCP fork IS a big scam and a shame. Why couldnt the devs just rebrand ZCL. BTCP is basically ZCL. Now they fucked a shit load of investors out of money, and created a big skeptic from new investors. Classic crypto scam. And... They ruined new money for BTCP.

But isn't a big dissapointment is right time to buy? When everyone are happy investing for proffit, it's usually too late...
Creator of the coin left it, but ZCL wasn't actually been developing anyway, it was presented to the community as it is, as "less greedy" fork of ZEC. So it's not like there's some real changes in the coin itself, just in people expectations. But crowd easily forget.
Of course, investing in it is risky, but it's so cheap, dumped and hated so it literally screaming to buy it in not very significant amounts, "just in case".

Normally i don't give any input on these posts, i just read them to get a view of the sentiment.
But, all trends are there to be broken...

These are all abundand things. Please understand that these kind of things doens't matter one bit in the crypto world.
Nobody cares about the actual use of the coin.

Everyone is in here to make money... and that's the end of the story.

You're biggest shot to make magical internet money is TA. When a coin gets dumped like this it will shoot back up like crazy... People all over the world see the big drop and they wan't to scoope the bottom. Then the coin gets in an insane uptrend and the coin just keeps going.

This is a perfect example and the time to buy is now. I also bought huge amounts of this coin, and i'm already in this game for a very long time.

Please check the 1 minute chart, you can see whales scooping the coin with huge orders.
This is usually a good sign of those guys having some kind of pre-knowledge... I'm mean, jeezes, off course it's gonna fork again.

I bought at 11 dollar, and i'll sell at 100 dollar still this month.

It is incredible how powerful "bitcoin" brand is! Bitcoin private is already valued at around $250. Amazing! And ZCL back to around $10. Not to mention difference in current supply. Is there any technological difference that explains all that difference in price?

BTCP is a fork of BTC so those coins are airdropped. But ZCL balances is somehow also airdropped to BTCP at the same time?  Also aren't the coins using different addresses and hashing algos? Thanks for any clarification

It isn't a fork in a traditional sense. It is a merge of two blockchains into one new one. They basically took the bitcoin addresses and added them into the ZCL fork. So all BTC and ZCL holders got equal amounts of BTCP based on how much coin they had at the time of the "snapshot". 

They essentially merged the Bitcoin blockchain into the ZCL blockchain and rebranded it as Bitcoin private.  So it has the privacy features of Zcash/ZCL but the Bitcoin name.
