Bitcoin Private team hasn't announced who the official team is yet.

Genuine question, is this still relevant at all?

I'd heard that the current BTCP team is vastly different than the one that forked ZCL - I'd be surprised if any of them had the 'keys' to ZCL or its community anymore. My guess would be that ZCL is a free-for-all, and that the BTCP team cannot (ie. is unable to) make this announcement - simply because I assume that it does not have the authority to do so.

Case in point; the original BTCP reddit (note, this is not the official one anymore) is still in the hands of Rhett (I'm guessing he's got the mod account `13Chucky`), who's no longer on the BTCP team. BTW, the official reddit sub is here - and note that the official sub has a fraction of the subscribers of the original 🙄.

Now, an application was filed for the stock exchange Binance, if they give consent and listing, then many other exchanges may join, but I think all this will be in August.

the team not doing good by not deleting that tweet about all work stopped. And also they still not selecting a team as zcl responsible. This kind of the things is not necessary, we should support each other. The important thing is here is not the similarity of the code written.

This is irrelevant to the ZClassic thread.

If you're asking here most people will say Bitcoin Private because it came from ZClassic which in turn came from ZCash which in turn came from Zero  The main difference is the use of ZK-Snarks and both private and transparent addresses.

Even on the anoncoin web site they discuss types of privacy. They talk about the Zerocash use of ZK-Snarks...

been watching the movement like a hawk with OCD, and there is definitely some big buys in the last few days occurring. people are accumulating in preparation for the fork (ANON). ill bet this moves just as fast again as it did last dec/jan/feb nom. nom. nom. pretty sure this is going to be one of the most exciting coins in the next 60 days - and beyond that ill bet it keeps going! also wouldn't surprise me to see zcl get some new exchange support soon, and get used for more forks in the (near)future. good luck out there, and remember when it gets bullish, take the bull by the horns

Exchanges that have ZCL coin are
Bittrex, Cryptopia,Trade Satoshi, CoinExchange, but I have a felling we will see $ANON coin on much bigger exchanges  
and I would also like to see some new and decentralised exchange.
