Hey guys, do you have any power usage number for mining with a 750/970/980? All the stuff I found is pretty old...

Also how many Nvidia cards can you have hooked up to the same system under windows? For AMD cards it was 5 or 6 with a LOT of fanagaling and work.

7 I think. I only have boards with 6 pcie slots so that's all I've done, but they all run 6 no problem. Pretty sure you could run more, but I don't think the performance would be great if you used pci splitters and stuff.

Also note that in the article the 7106MHASH@x11 was done with GPU clock at 1520 MHz (overclocked). As you can see in the pic, my modded kernals are making (9.35@1543mhz). I have more kernals to publish. This is only a small start.

My fork is now doing 9.3-9.4 MHASH with overclock on the 980.
10MHASH with +300 on the core, but not very stable.
thanks for keeping the (pipe?) dream alive. Hopefully there will be better times for mining soon. Christian

Latest driver (344.75) gave me +50kh per 750ti, so it's worth the update for once ^^ Probably more on the newer Maxwells

Or can other algos get an increase with the new driver and updates by tpruvot and sp_? I am currently running dmd-gr (groestl) on ccminer 1.4.9

Great, thanks for mentioning it, I've not updated the drivers for awhile If you're outdated, don't forget to check the latest improvements by tpruvot or sp_ I'm outdated, as I'm still messing around with Burst But I've their threads bookmarked and hoping they will have a look at monero/cn after x11 (if that dev team can deliver both a db for the blockchain and an innovative GUI, the coin really should have a massive upswing when they move into the PR phase, hopefully making it profitable again).

NEOSCRYPT-
I run two 6-card 750ti rigs, nVidia drivers 346.16 beta (linux), and get 16500-17000 khs on x11 per rig. They run tpruvot's CCminer. These two rigs, on NiceHash, earn slightly less than a single 6-card 280x rig mining neoscrypt with sgminer 5.1 on Nice Hash. However, the two 750ti rigs collectively use 1/2 the electricity of the single 280x rig. All 3 rigs are on fresh builds on Ubuntu 14.04.1.
When will there be an nVidia/Cuda neoscrypt protocol? Is nVidia not compatible with neoscrypt? I'd like to see all three rigs mining neoscrypt. --scryptr

When someone codes it. I may look into it, seems to be quite a pain in the ass on the non-algo side... (as well as on this side)

thanks for keeping the (pipe?) dream alive. Hopefully there will be better times for mining soon. Christian Unfortunately that GPUs mining is as good as death, Christian. I try futile for a few months and last Monday I decided to shutdown my farm. It hurts and I'm feeling the pain in my heart but on another side, I'm feeling more relieved.
