Hello, I have a payment from FH from 8 days ago that has the message 'REMOVED/EXPIRED' on the Blockchain Blocktrail

I wouldn't message you about unconfirmed transactions, as I know you aren't in control of the time it takes to confirm but this is different.

Additionally the chat seemed to become a junky spam of people which says random useless words when you share and seek help for a problem.

I never had any issue with faucethub but according to my experience every of these faucet become scam somehow someday, I naively thought that Mexicantarget was different and I think I still believe it but I think it's time to face the truth.

I hope I am wrong but that starting to sound really the end of faucethub.

Luckily it was only 0.002 btc eventually that were lost.

Transactions that haven't appeared on "blockchain.info" website.

Please keep in mind, that the specific website is not the "blockchain" protocol, but a website which "looks" into the real blockchain and takes data from it.
If a transaction is delayed, site mentioned above "deletes" it from their -website-, not the "blockchain" protocol.
In order to fix this, we have added a different block explorer, where they keep all those transactions documented, even they have been delayed.

I attempted to ask help in the faucethub chat, many times but no reply so I opened a ticket yesterday morning (+1 GMT) and no replyes

Ok, maybe it's early to bother with that so soon, but  I read your news as soon as you published and thought that maybe you were right but where is the proof that blockchain delete transactions?

Then I asked again in chat and a lot of users started to spam in the chat everytime I wrote here for help, but had a chance to see other people asking for help and getting ignored too.

So I started to see many people also writing here who have "transactions not found" issue.

I am not stupid, I maybe a bit ignorant but it's the first time I see something like that and I literally am not sure that is the blockchain which delete these transaction because it's the first time I hear something like that honestly.

I know only that previosuly any transaction with "SENT" in faucethub meant delivered to my wallet.

Did it changed something lately with the faucethub? Shouldnt your users get informed about this?

I have the same problem: "Transaction not found"
But i think it is not totally depend on you. Blockchain mempool is very full and heavy atm. Maybe your transaction get lost in their mempool. so we can say it is " missing transaction" for now. but I wonder it is not calling "uncorfirmed transaction" instead of "Transaction not found" .. I know you will solve that problem too even it is not depend on you. Just waiting.. Thanks..

If it's lost its lost, not going to sweat it over 20k satoshis. Seems like the big problem occured as these were sent when the bitcoin fees got ridiculously high recently.
