Hey, regarding the confusion with skype.
I also had an issue with publisher skype. The only difference is, I couldn't find that skype handle, so I had to add advertiser skype contact.

I've just read all the comments here. Professional looking and i think it's a fearsome competitor for many ad-networks (bitcoin related)
going to try Coinzilla as an publisher and advertiser. will leave a review about it soon.
