We don't have a stady cpm for banners/popunder as the rate depends on our advertisers and their bids, if the campaigns are CPC/CPM.
So the cpm depends solely on your website traffic.

As is stated in the first post of our thread we are both CPM and CPC so your cpm depends on what type of campaigns are showing on your website.
The best way to increase the cpm usually is to put them where visitors can see.
