Usually If coinzilla's btc account is online here. You can  try to Pm him.  I usually receive a reply within the day. However the only thing you could also do is to be patient about it.

For the past few days we had a problem with the blocktrail api so payments were added to pending by default.
All payments will be made after the api problem is solved.
Faucethub and epay withdraws are not affected by this problem.

It does not go to the address that is linked with your ePay account, but to your ePay faucet admin account.

You had transferred funds on 18th and you can see this on your withdraw page, if it is "Completed Payment" then the funds had been sent to your ePay faucet account. If you are not an ePay faucet admin, then I guess you have to create a faucet admin account with the above mentioned email and you will find your funds there (or contact ePay to move your funds from faucet manager account to faucet user account). Both ePay and FaucetHub options in coinzilla are solely for withdrawing directly to faucet account.

You should see the payment in the faucet balance/deposits on epay.
