believe me, i am not happy with bitcoin price (1180$)  and i have pending withdraws from 5-6 ad networks + waiting for USD incomes at the end of the month... 
but now i have serious deals with big ad networks and if it will work, iwill completely remake the ad serving and will be less popups too

but if you asking for the payment , my answer is: i don't know..

About calculation of max. daily player income. I have Vodka, HotDogs, Absinth, Warehouse and Treasure Chest. JukeBox of course too. If I guard all parameters my hourly income should be:

360 beer
300 wine
360 whisky

Rest of profits are estimated only:

150 vodka
25 hotdogs
25 absinthe
100 events
100 bonus

And hourly cost is of course

60 bartender

Together about 1300 to 1500 per hour. I play 8-12h daily, but I have family and work, sometimes my warehouse are empty. Daily I add about 1000-1500 from tips and 500-700 from TreasureBox.

My daily income is about 15-18k
