I don't like the logo design. Too much detail. No focus. We need a professional designer here

Offer a bounty of coin, or perhaps we can all do this ... you can start?

What about a N with two strikethrough lines? I asked my wife to do something quick, she sent me:

I agree. If you need a good logo, you need some kind of symbol. Letters are are hard to make into good looking.

What about a N with two strikethrough lines? I asked my wife to do something quick, she sent me: I like the 'light' style, I think the diagonal would look better if a little slimmer too

Just an idea, how about curve the arms of the N so they match / follow the curve of the coin ?

I like the second one from praxis. Maybe give it more of a coin look, but the overall image is good.

I'm totally incapacitated on this Linux box, plus I suck at graphic programs, so I just drew it with a pencil and took a photo: Is something like that what you had in mind? Someone could make it look nice I think

Yeah the grey pencil one is close to what I had in mind, stretching the N to fill more of the coin, curving the arms, and close to the edge of the coin. This leaves space in the center, wondering if that allows a C to loop over the diagonal in the center, ( I'm not convinced about the two lines, too ¥ or euro like )

Logo proposal:
"N^c" - a "N" or "n" with a smaller but elevated "c" on the right side.

Also I think it would be prudent to release some sort of trading platform on day 1 so people don't get scammed.

Grr. I'd like to post my last "N" logos here, but Balthazar said he's holding a contest with BTC prizes for NovaCoin. Decisions, decisions...
