UPDATE.
Today first packages went to my polish friends to check if i didnt forgot anything.
Tomorrow i will be making VAT Invoices for orders placed in January and sending them to people who ordered SRR.
Next i will try to ship some packages to Rest of the World to see if shipping process to World is ok and i didnt miss anything.
Then i will start writing instructions, howtos and videos (meaby videos later).
Anyway i have all cables, power supplies and resetters prepared so now sending process will be smooth.
Also i will email to everyone who ordered status and tracking link (if possible ofcourse).
cant wait to do a full review for you over this product!!!! yeah I am holding off on ordering one as I want to see a review for it. If you like it I will order one. I would be able to keep the 8 rigs I have and run them at the solar array. So far i am very happy with simpleminer software. my rigs can run very stable on it. Since my gear is in a garage an it is the winter I can keep temps in the garage between 75f and 95f by opening and closing the back door. the srr would be a game changer for me with gpu cards. |

I can tell you this. ITS already working better then i thought. You can wait for review or order. Whatever you choose. Most propably i. Will add cheaper and longer shipping variants. Also in first 3 weeks we will be fixing any potenyial bugs IF someone reports one. Also IF peope will want to add some functions , we will do it  All soft updates on SRR are for free , firmware, tools and agents. |

Tomorrow all left orders should be sent. (All non EU contries). I am sensing email to each individual about thier shipping tracking adress. Also, i asked people to let other people know that whey received their SRR So you will know that its not a scam  |

Ok i had unexpected emergency. Becasue of that i had 1 day delay. Anyway all orders placed up to 14.02.2017 are sent and you should receive email with all details. If anyone didnt received email then please PM me. Now orders will be going out smoothly Development of Extension Boards is moving forward. We decived to upgrade this even more. All 24 slots on Extension Board will have RJ9 (telephonic) conectors. The cables will be cheaper and lighter. Device cost will be bigger but summary overall experience will be better. There will be much easier for you guys to for example order ExtensionBoards WITHOUT cables and do them yourselves That way some far far away countried will have cheaper shipping costs. Anyway still its too soon to tell all details, but once i will know them i will share with you Now we can focus on SRR software/firwmare - if you guys are missing something, just tell me. I am open for suggestions and updates. |

I am open for suggestions and updates. What is the purpose of the RJ9 connectors? Do they go from the Extension Board to the mining rig (you said there are 24 RJ9 connectors on the extension board)? If so, how would the RJ9 connect on the mining rig end (connect to the motherboard)? I got my shipment email, thank you very much for sending those. This looks to be a great product so far! |

Purpouse of those connectors are: -chepaer cable - LIGHTER CABLE (cheaper shipping) !! - very easy solution to sell products without cables and save money on shipping becasue as now 80% weight are cables  So in extension board there will be already 24 slots (we still making project of the board). Then there is cheap and easy to fing and what so ever - easy and fast to made - telephonic cable. And on the rig side there will be this. Ofcourse at the end of those 4 cables there will be motherboard connector-pins.  |

Becasue this "unlock" option could be visible propably only in Windows 10 PRO. Is it sending keepallive packets an when you for example plug out ethernet cable from your rig, is SRR resetting it ? If no, please write me email to admin@simplemining.netI can check whats up via tema viewer. Let me know is it not working or you just dont have "unlock" option which doesnt have to be visible. ? |

Update, i got the Mail that my Package is on the Way @13/02/2017 the Tracking link says it is still on Delivery, for that high shipping Cost i expected fast Delivery Which is your order Number ? Is the delivery time greather than specified in description ? Edit: I checked it. 7 days passed. And Global Express is 5-15 days as i specified in shop. So everything is good. |

You are in your specified SLA, that is true, but in comparison to other Vendors you are lacking behind. As an Example i orderd a Pandaminer from China and it arrived 3 Days later via DHL. I orderd cables from US via Fedex they arrived 4 Days later. From EU it is usually even faster. If i send a Package from Germany via DHL to Poland it's 17 Euro and arrives usually in 3 Days. You charged 37$ if i'm correct so it should be possible to achive similar Results. |
