Kind of surprised anyone still thinks this douche is going to pay anyone back. I had 35 BTC in my account. I bet it all. When there was a 6 BTC limit I was magically able to bet 7 BTC. Won several times on 1/8 odds and got it on video, yet when I e-mailed him about it he said it didn't show up in his records. Kind of like the fact that he was running a scam casino didn't show up in his records either. I wrote him off after that because if he's willing to scam players he will surely have no problems ripping off investors.

Probably best to write him off.
uhh, not sure what happened to your message there, but I think "hope" is a better word. I'm giving it about a 20% chance...and because my winning bets are not in the list (despite emails, PMs, etc.), it may be much lower...

My 5% stake is still for sale. I will take the best offer, whatever it might be as long as it's worth my time to print, revise, scan and e-mail the new contract. One buyer has reneged, another is not communicating any more.

Wow I can't believe people aren't lining up to buy 5% of a defunct scam. I would think an offer like this would create a bidding war between potential buyers.

Only reason to buy it would to be to find out actual identity of Casinobit, and prosecute him, because eroxors has his true identity. I beg to differ, I have previously warned in this very thread that the investment feature offers no liabilities whatsoever in case of a security breach. Thinking logically you get to the same conclusion, we have had tax set to 0% meaning that every lost bet would then be directly paid to the investors that provided the bankroll, a temporary "deal" to encourage new investments, we were transparent to the investors about this information (as per Terms of Service) so the bankroll wasn't insured. So technically I don't owe anyone but icecube (EDIT: and hobbymd) squat, but since I'm an honest gentlemen I have agreed to make everyone whole, one might call this a noble act since I have not profited from all the work since the investment feature has been implemented and there is significant "debt". At least know the facts before you distort them at your leisure....

From the site:
Forum member Casinobit offers 24/7 support, you can send him a personal message and he will solve unpaid transactions, explain to your how everything works, help with delayed deposits and so on.
No support, No Payouts, Nothing as promised on the site - money in there is stuck for months and no payout possible

I'm one one the bettors and I don't see anywhere on the site that you reserve the right to not pay the bettors and as such you are liable for those bets. My 5% stake is still for sale. do you mind tell me how much you are selling that 5% for?

even if this is just a "small amount" of money in this site - he will be arrested for this scam sooner or later - cause this behavior is criminal

Just to clear this up, I am not investing the 100BTC in another casino, I am putting the 100BTC into the bankroll of the casinos new owners.
Can you please post a time frame for the go-live of the new casino? Are we talking weeks, months or what?

Who is running Casinobit? Name of the people in charge? Registered company?
On August 9, he moved the WhoIs to GoDaddy's DomainsByProxy.com service. (quite suspicious) Luckily I have an old version available: Max Tsarenko (Email itsmemax@yandex.ru) +972.0526657945 (a Cellcom Mobile phonenumber in Israel) Fax: Moav 44/2 Arad, None 89032 IL His new server is hosted by ovh.net His old server was hosted by http://www.iomarthosting.com/ in the datacenter of http://rapidswitch.com/ (related to http://www.eleven2.com/) but this is unrelated now since he moved.
