Are there updates on the listing of QTUM in the exchanges? I want to know when and at what exchanges it would be listed. I hope it is not just on the Chinese exchanges because we risk having our QTUM locked. That's a good question. The exchanges that hosted our Crowdsale may open trading when the main network is released in September 2017. It's an open source project, any exchange can list Qtum.

As for the ban on Bitcoin withdrawals, yes it is still in effect. People in China speculate that no exchange wants to be the first to open withdrawals, because they're afraid they will be the first ones to get targeted by the PBOC, so they are all stuck in a waiting game. Whether this is true or not is anyone's guess. It appears people are able to buy Ethereum with their BTC and withdraw that.
