Bitcoin is an internet-curreny which means it is not limited or capped to countries. Its true that some countries don't embrace it but overall everybody is able to use bitcoin. Because I am not aware of legislation which makes holding bitcoin punishable by law.

Maybe some countries are afraid or do not think that having bitcoin will make some impact on the government.  The government will not be able to buy something or maybe accrued some of its price.  A lot of research and study will be a good way to start earning bitcoins.  A meeting with the owner should be pushed so that everyone woiud have an idea.

I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
My country is not forbidden bitcoin but has not yet recognized it has not allowed use it as fiat money. I think it will take a long time for bitcoin to be recognized and allowed for use in underdeveloped countries. Actually, bitcoin is not illegal.
Just like in my country they are not prohibited not admitted. But many offline stores have already acceptedpayment using bitcoin. Hopefully the future bitcoin will be accepted around the world.
Everything is linked in the majority to the way of thinking of each country and at its time, for example the way of dressing, in that sense each country has its rules based on the criteria that its habitants and their rulers have been defining with the passage of time, so  we could talk about official norms, social norms and religious norms, in the case that I mention you about the way of dressing varies in each country and culture through different times and some rules or norms are left and new appear or modified, is an extremely complex mechanism of coexistence and interaction, but not to deviate much from the central theme, in the case of BTC it's the same thing, is perhaps a new paradigm which breaks many traditional schemes and only through time are things changing.

my country is not supporting anything like drugs/bitches
bitcoin is accepted as well in my country so
It is in your country. In other countries they have their own laws to ensure the security of their country. Still some countries around the world do not accept bitcoin due to the risks that it causes. But who can stop the bitcoin? Grin
each country has a law, and add the fact that in some issues right now especially those ransomewares that saying that bitcoin will be the payment to make your files be okay , governments has been triggered and they will think that it could be bad if they legalizes it and if they do that they will be very difficult to find every transactions that we made because its anonymous.

Because in some countries, the governments are afraid of a currency that they can not control and they, basically, do not take any extra profit from accepting Bitcoin in their countries.

You're right! Some governments are afraid of bitcoin because they can't control it since we all know that bitcoin is decentralize and they can't take charge tax for those who are holding bitcoin that is why they don't want to support bitcoin.

Wow I never knew some countries are banned from using Bitcoin. But with all due respect. I think that any country doing so, is totally wrong, and denying people their human rights. And I also have the feeling they are doing it to prevent the citizens from getting richer than the government and have their freedom.

You know Bitcoin is not controlled by banks. All that government has to do is to advise individuals on what to do but not make it an order for them to not engage in Bitcoins. Nobody is all knowing so what if Bitcoin survives tomorrow which apparently it will, now those citizens are denied of their opportunity.

If I was a citizen of such country and I have secret way to use Bitcoin or easy way to emmigrate, I will do quickly.

Nobody has the right to deny people of their rights and worse, put them in jail for nothing. You can only tell people to be responsible for their actions and not complain if something bad happens. THAT IS ALL.

Have a nice day  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Bitcoin is not using some countries  because,it is used to send and receive the money without any bank,in this case there is some mistakes done with bad people.so bitcoin price also not constant this will increase and decrease.

At the moment, In some countries, the governments are afraid of a currency that they can not control as It is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network. Basically, those countries fear to use it and though that direct threat of their economy. Although Bitcoin is likely to have higher adoption in developing countries than in developed ones.

Well most of these countries see Bitcoin as a threat to their national currencies especially the central banks and so they do everything within their power to fight against it becoming a legal tender within their jurisdiction. Secondly Bitcoin operations require consistent internet and computers or smart phones so poor countries suffer in this regard.
Yeah but many are accepting it now and its no threat to any currency it’s a unique thing. A country’s own poverty and crisis are a threat to their currency. They are fools if they think so. It can employ many of their jobless people.

The government has to do what they think is right but big countries like japan and china can lead as an example that bitcoin is not a threat but in fact it will help to improve the economy of the country. I wish in the future to come some countries will see bitcoin as a good one including those who previously ban it, they have to review bitcoin as it could be a blessing to improve their economy.
Where discussing about Japan that they supported the bitcoin you are right but in case of China you knowledge is a bit weak. The Chinese government has banned the Bitcoin in their country and they are the one who strongly discourage the Bitcoin.
The countries banning the bitcoin doesn’t work at all, we have a majority of the bitcoin miners from China. If people are mining the bitcoin in china it means that they are using and are fond of the bitcoin as well.

Bitcoin and the digital currency are still hot debates to date,, but significant progress is evident in some countries.. Tax evasion and money laundering have long been a problem in terms of digital currency transactions (bitcoin),.. Digital currency traders often experience difficulties because they are beyond the legal limit...

I think that you are making Bitcoin look like a bad technology or advancement that is related to crimes. And I don't think that is the main reason why Bitcoin is not yet supported by many countries, I see that Bitcoin as of now is still at its early stages in which some major countries are not still aware on what to do with it, but hopefully with some big countries accepting it will make attention for other developed countries to follow the lead.

One of the following...
a) you got your quote wrong
b) you didn't even bother to read what I wrote.

If you do, then you will see that what I said is exactly the opposite of what you claim.

Again? Is this the 1000(insert lots of numbers here)0001 time?

The question you asked is wrong the question should have been why some countries don't support bitcoin and about the jail thing yes i have heard few people going behind bars for using bitcoin and this can be as the particular country can't really control of what people are doing so that can be a reason for going behind bars

The other country was strict when its comes in a threat in there country the bitcoin is a threat in there economy and also could make the banks and the real cash to easily dissapear and also the bjtcoin is anonymous so transactions cannot be trace so the terrorist could use it to make a illegal transactions.

It might be because of country’s rules and regulations. For example, government might not be in favour of using virtual currency or it may treat it as gambling, trading, betting kind of category which is prohibited from those country’s. As not every country accept the gambling legally so as to bitcoin is not legal. There could be another reasons, such as very less crowd interested in the bitcoin or trusting the bitcoin. It might also depend on the country’s economy system where bitcoin just don’t simply fit in.

Yeah as bitcoin is decentralized, government wants something to be controlled by them. They don't want something that's beyond of their control, they want to squeeze money from it. Maybe if bitcoin is centralized many countries have adopted bitcoin quickly.

Some countries aren't really supported to bitcoin because some countries are abusing bitcoin they using btc to collect any drugs or they using it in a wrong way of it but the other countries like Japan and south Korea are supporting bitcoin because they know how to handle or they are not abusing bitcoin to use in a bad way, they use it for their good future.

I think Bitcoin is not recognized officially all over the world so some countries still prohibit Bitcoin in business. To deal with this situation the world government must have a positive view on Bitcoin then Bitcoin can be globalized.

Those countries fear that Bitcoin will make their economy to go down. Also several taxation problems have been their, as people prefer Bitcoin to escape taxes. Possibly when things go digitalized countries will use Bitcoin's technology to make their own digital currency.
Yes I also think that maybe it is their reasons why they are not supporting bitcoin. They are afraid that it will affect their business cause we all know that bitcoins are decentralized, meaning it cannot be controlled by the central banks. And that's not in favor of the country. It can be a cause of falling of their businesses.
