How to control greed on gambling?

If you really can't control yourself, you'd need to find a way to lock your funds for some time when you feel like you should stop gambling.
For example, at Crypto-Games you can also invest in their bankroll and your funds are stuck for 24 hours, so you just can't gamble it.

You also have to pay a small fee if you take it out in less than a week, even more reason not to gamble it.

I was looking for this solution for a while
Not because I had a gambling problem, but because I would spend most my earnings, I wanted to lock the funds for a while until I save up for a car or something big  

Basically, I didn't have much luck setting this up

Closest solution was creating a lockbox and depositing the bitcoins inside
Give the keys to people you trust and explain them the situation

When you want to take the money out you have your own key and you have the convince the people you gave the keys out it's time to take the money out so they give you the key

Since only 1 key won't open the wallet

i think to control our greed is really hard especially if we have big chance to win the money and we can win with easy without thinking too much. i have this experience like this in the past but in the end, i only getting loss all of my money. i think if we are a good learner, we can control our greedy with easy and we don't have to gets stuck in the same situation like what we have in the past. i am agree that for playing gambling, we can not thinking and expecting that we can win big money because the situations is not always the same so its better to still controlling our greed.

Try to keep thinking your real life, family, and your future. Learn how much you already loss on your gambling and don't ever on having debt to get your bankroll.

Suppose, you gamble thinking that I have no family and no personal need then you would gamble much calmly and cashout once you win.

I know what you mean, if someone makes even a little bit of that amount that you described they will still want to gamble to make more. The amount of money doesn't mean anything to that type of gambler because once the greed sets the most important thing to them would be to have more of whatever the thing is. I am not so sure what part of the mind makes the person think like that because it does not happen to everyone -I mean it happens with a bunch of people just not everyone in the world. Some people just don't care for money as much as other people do.

Yes, unless there is a mathematical solution we must never gamble thinking as a source of income. There are people who do arbitrage betting and earn a lot of bitcoins by this but they are mathematically doing this and they know there is a profit that is expected mathematically.

Doing gambling just because you feel you will win is completely stupid. Moreover sports betting is the worst form, since it has 10-20% house edge usually. It's like you toss a coin 10 times (and choose Head ) and then Head comes 5 times you still are in loss, insane !

I don't really know sometimes I even get greedy when I win and then I will lose all of my money,

I think you should set some goals when you are going to gamble,
That's how I usually do it and most of the time I usually win I usually set my goal to times 2 or times 3 of my initial deposit before I quit.

As i know gambling is all about luck and how to control my greed, except sportbetting (of course need skill and strategy).

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Bet more and hope win more, but because of that i'll lose my money little by little and usually i'll stop after my bankroll to be "0". I call that with greed.

Being greed is not a good attitude of being a gambler, this is  most of the time where gambler leads into addiction stage, ever time they gambled in the games in the gambling sites. So I think the better way to stop it or to avoid it, is we need to take control of our emotion and we must not think about that we can be rich into gambling or we can earn big money, just always think about that gambling is only giving us happiness and fun that's it!

Locking the funds is a good idea to limit or control greediness on gambling. Because if you have the access on your funds and once your greediness attacks, You can't control it no matter what limitation you have. I'm locking my funds by transferring my BTC to my BTC wallet of my GF so that I can't access it and at the same time it serve as our savings for my future plan.

you should make sure it's totally locked , i mean it would useless when you try to move your funds to someone else but then you could ask easily to get it back later. not funny at all right? actually as long as you have a strong will , you don't even have to lock/move your fund to control over yourself to not greedy to gamble.

You should know that in yourself. Greed is really hard to control. Greed can lead you more addicted to gambling. So i suggest, if you cant control yourself get out from gambling. Also you will just end up lose in the end.

there's no easy way on how you control your greediness in gambling because most of the time your goal is to win a big amount of money even tho we're not meant to be like that . we're playing gambling because we just want to win some how and don't lose money but while playing for too long im gonna say that we don't have a control when we're in that state because once we lose money all our target will be bet on high amount incase of winning .

You can't stop it if you are the one holds the finances of your household but if someone is willing to do that and he/she will not allow you to touch or move any single amount, I guess that will help you to control greediness.

It will always be like that, we are made of complexities and we don't know how we can be perfect but we all have that flaws. It's unavoidable. Just gamble for fun but not all the time. It's fun to play with a thrill but don't get addicted to it.

It is not possible but you can atleast suspense it by only playing with a small amount. Im quite sure that there are alot of people that actually think the same way as I did however most of them still want more profit when they are in a good run therefore alot of people ended up losing themselves to gamble again

Because if you aren't going to be satisfied with the amount that you win, you will fall into addiction and you will be greedy for it.

best way is to create folder and start to track every earnings you've got from your gambling activity, if you can win at least 10-20% a day then stop comeback again the next day and just aim to win that range that will help you to get some earnings and begin to stop your greediness, practice well and keep it this way.
