How to control greed on gambling?

I've tried several ways, try away from gambling after won something but i cant, i always want back an back again. I need suggestions who know anyone here have experience and success control his/her greed.

Can you tell us what ways have you already tried to remedy your gambling addiction? You could try putting your money away like store them in a cold wallet or somewhere out of your reach so you don't have to gamble more when you become greedy. Also go seek some real help before your addiction gets worse.

Greed is a human nature, in order to suppress your greed, you need to have determination from yourself, limiting your money can help you to stop gambling but it can't help you from your greed, you need to have strong mind to stop at certain level, I think that is the only way to defeat your greed, if you can't do it, then find another hobby and quit gambling

The way I see greedy of gambling you can apply these rules.

1. Open a web wallet with small amount of your funds.
2. Use only this wallet to deposit/withdraw to/from gambling sites.
3. Define specific period of time ( after a week, 15 days and so on) to re-fill the this wallet if you lose your funds.
4. Speak about your problem and ask for help with people you trust.

True,is it really a part of human nature thats why when we see money and we thought we could able to get more money then our greediness will surely comes out and as you said its really hard to stop it and you would really need to have a strong mind and discipline into yourself so that you could completely control yourself when your greed comes out.

I have experience in gambling (casino), somtime i hit big only with faucet or free money and i can withdraw from that. but because my greed i always want more and more, then i'll come again with my money as bankroll. Personally I don't afford to lose my money for take a bet, I usually used a bounty amount I have earned to take a bet.
To control a greedy i'm not deposit to limit my bet and distracted with some activity, like work for bitcoin it's more make sense to earn bitcoin or play some games to fresh my brain.

For example if you gambled with 100$ and won 300$ then  just stop.

Sometimes it is easier said than done especially when we are on a winning streak and you will not want to stop. You need to remind yourself that your chance of losing is almost as the same as winning. If you are struggling to stop, you should close your computer and walk away to breathe some fresh air.

the fact is like that , but if you have a high level of discipline
i think you can handle the greedy, and instead that greedy break everything while you gambling
you might will have even a chance to have profit consistently (honestly i doubt)
the power of discipline is really have big influence on everything include gambling i guess.

Controling greed when gambling is very difficult. And from what i have observed only few people can control their greed in gambling. Even me can't control the greed when i gamble that's why i don't do it anymore. But i think to control greed you must have a very good discipline in gambling. Know when and not tempt yourself to continue gambling and continue for the next day or next time.

controlling greed and how much you can control it is more of a personality thing where you have control over your emotions. and it is not only related to gambling that is why you can improve yourself practicing and it is good for life too meaning you get a much stronger personality which you can use in encountering problems in life.

It's really to say in someone to stop on a situation on when you are on winning state because most of us will seek even more money.if you are a sensible person you could easily analyze and discipline yourself to completely stop because you reach the limit and if you planned it then you should strictly follow.

It is damn hard to control emotions when you hit something good because most of people feel so lucky and think they can win all. It is in human nature to ask for more. Maybe it is best the very next moment when you win something just to withdraw money and go outside for a while, clear head, and if you feel again you want to gamble, than start with small bets.

We lose control in little second, we are trying to be prepared for that, but when it comes all plans and preparations go to hell. In that little second we forget everything that was planed for that moment, it's like that in gambling and life, we just explode and after that we see what kind of mess explosion left.

I can suggest do not gamble when you are greedy, you can control it sometimes but when you are in a bad situation where you feel you are losing money you will certainly do stupid things like chasing bets. People becoming more greedy when losing as we do not want to stop with a lost, we always want to end our gambling session with a win but it's not what is normal in gambling.

Suppose if we are in losing streak we can control our greedy and stop play, but if we are in winning streak, it's tough to control. I had experience, and I think many people have this type of problem. If you lose money you will think about your next move and you can not afford means you will stop but if you are in profit and started to lose your bet you will not control you will chase your loss and finally you will end with the big loss.
