It's difficult but it should not be an excuse why you will not do an effort to fully quit gambling, when you are a gambling addict you are not already at the right state of your mind and you are in big risk of losing your money, property and worst is your family. it is really difficult to control. in fact it is in human nature and nature cannot be change. people want to make more and more money, when they make money and get another chance either risk is also there they try to also get money from there, but instead of making more money they even lost their own money that they already have made from some sources. in fact they are not ready to compromise on what they have.

This is the way I think to control greed in gambling which is to make it is as a mode of entertainment rather than for making money because if the aim is to make money then you cannot avoid to be greedy because you wanted more and more cause that's the purpose. When you lose, you will naturally wanted to get it back so you gamble more and since your emotions is heighten because of the losing streaks then you cannot decide rationally which can lead to more losses. If the opposite happens that you won and then greediness strikes in which you will think what if you will have winning streaks so you will be rich soon if that happens. you can't judge everyone as same. you know that out there especially a rich people come to casinos for the sake of looking for an exclusive entertainment , to get entertainment in different way. and gambling provide what they need. so not everyone could have greedy once they get into gambling world , just the way someone treat your own emotion , proper ly or not. as long as you can gamble wisely and responsibly you aren't greed.

I agree, not all people who are in a casino are not greedy.  Some have controls over their emotion.  And since greed in only in the state of mind of having more and more, the only thing to battle it is to program ourselves to not be greedy before we go to the casino.  Conditioning is one strong point to counter anything our minds is dictating us to do especially being greedy.

Exactly, I think the best best thing we can get if we know to control ourselves is we will be able to minimize our loses, we might lose as expected but that is only up to the limit we set. Controlling is important when you are both in a situation where you win or lose because even if you are winning and you do not stop at the right time, you mind end up a loser.

That wont really work out. It is possible to control the greed and this may reduce the associated risks that a person takes while gambling. But it does not declare that there would be no future losses. You cannot win gambling by simply controlling greed - it is only to reduce the amount of gambling that you do and if that has a bad effect on your mind and body and your family.
