I doubt you will ever get an ASIC Mini Rig the power specs put them at crazy watts and they've been 2 weeks away from delivering since October 2012. A private limited liability company just means we cannot sue you personally so not that impressive. Date of Incorporation: 25/02/2013 only a month or so ago, so no trading history, no accounts, there could be £1 in the company which means as soon as someone sues it folds leaving outstanding creditors with nothing. A private limited company is restricted from selling shares to the public so you call them "Contracts" but the fact you offer "pay-out" and "reinvestment" makes them sound like shares, instead of a product or service. If you want to sell financial contracts the law says you need to register with the http://www.fca.org.uk or you could go to jail if someone reports you to them first! When I look the address up on Google maps it looks like a Sedus Stoll office furniture store, I cannot see any Cloudhashing or Technology IQ LTD logos.

Ofc it is. If you believed in this, you'd have shown £100k in share capital or attached this to an existing business. I do that with mine, no, in fact I do all my high risk trading as a sole trader which gives me unlimited liability. If you don't give, you don't get.

In the interests of being 100% open, can you tell me where your rigs will be located in the UK? I noticed the EC1 address is a forwarding service. Also, will the rigs be in a secure business premises or somewhere else? Thanks.

Some criticism I will give here.
There are two reasons why I dislike ASIC's; risk of centralisation and hashing monopoly.
Business model and supplier ================ 5GH for $1000?? - way too steep for a contract, might as well get a vapour Japolino (pun intended) for a one time payment and a quarter of the contract price. I cancelled my order with BFL because they have been delaying shipping dates for almost a year, what would make you people think that you would have the minirigs by May?
Based on your business model and supplier, no thanks, I prefer to mine on my own.

Hi,
All devices are hosted in the states. I am planning to offer a follow up service to host in the UK and elsewhere. Right now the states have cheaper collocation packages by a factor of 2 compared to the uk.
Kind regards

At least this LIKELY fraud is slightly more well done than most ASIC scams. They should be able to steal a few coins from this "act before thinking" user base.

Hi,
As a senior member I would assume you would exercise more diligence before labelling anything a fraud. Email or pm me and I will provide proof of purchase.
Kind regards

You're right, post updated. I wish you all the best and hope that my initial suspensions are proven wrong. 5249/6000 contracts sold, has anyone in the community reported using this service? I hope you understand my skepticism.

Hi,
I completely understand. Just please do more homework before saying such. Its hard enough getting a business's off the ground in the bitcoin economy when others before ourselves have screwed people over.
This is a genuine service.
Again proof is available for those who care for it.

THIS... So, apparently you've sold 5249 contracts (potentially worth $5,249,000) without advertising or announcing your service on bitcointalk. Also, no one from the community has found your service and posted a thread about it to ask if it's legit like many others have done. If 5249 bitcoiners really bought contracts from you, we would of heard about it from AT LEAST one forum member...Only just now you post here on the biggest bitcoin forums when you ONLY have 751 left (possibly worth $751,000)... hurry, buy now before we're out!!! ..... fishy.... Also, you state the business is in England, yet you price your products in USD. ..... double fishy .... I call bull shit. Hi,

You have to earn our trust/respect here sir, this sort of thing is just not given to strangers. We are not sheep, just because you have a fancy website and a company name doesn't mean you're not a scammer. So many people have come before you wanting us to send them our money with new ASIC hardware or services and turned out to be scams. Until you prove that you are not a scammer, I am sticking to my gut instinct that this is awful fishy. PS: Nice try, I almost thought you were legit... nice website design work. That's one of the most fanciest websites built for a scam on bitcointalk EVAR! mad props!

Hi,
Again no research or will to read.
I actually started selling contracts as low as 10 dollars for much smaller server power. Those sold really well. It is difficult to manage many customers with mini payments than a smaller pool of larger payments.
So prices went up and its working for me.
If you want proof then pm or ask. Not just run your mouth without a clue of what you are talking about. I appreciate the history of such services but your way of going about this is all wrong.
With your standing n this community, you should as I would expect be more diligent.
Am not here for a war on words but to advertise what I think is a good service. Its not for everybody as I know. Mining yourself is cheaper and more desirable for some. I don't cater for everybody.
Have a good day.

I'll stick to my instincts... thanks. I'm still 98% positive you're a full on scam. There's still no proof from you that you're legit... just hot air. Also, you speak broken English... it is not even your first language is it? Where are you really from? "With your standing n this community, you should as I would expect be more diligent." I'll be looking for you here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=163741.0

It's your job to provide proof regarding your "service", not ours, you're the one asking for something from the community (money). We have reputation, hard earned, you don't. I was going to wait for MPEX's PR to give you a basic lesson, but since she hasn't noticed your thread yet, I'll help you. Gratis. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=124441.0

I am English / British. I am not immune from grammatical or typographical errors. Even if English is not my first language, I don't see how that has anything to do with the discussion at hand. I'll assume its not a racially motivated comment. Sure I have sent proof to another "HERO" member aka "Deprived" as he was reasonable enough to find out facts. Follow the discussion there. Have a great day.
