I guess you should go to small claims court, it doesn't matter if you are uk citizen. As their are a uk based company they are under the uk law.

here you can read about it and make steps you need to go to small claims court. It could be like a 2 or 3 months process.

I've left my comment on the youtube video and on the future money trends post, I think we all should explain our experience as well... by a post like this I bought my contract... then I got the reality was something very different.

I bought in yesterday morning $500 and started the refund process last night.  today I got an email saying they escalated into mediation.  I will be obsessing about this till my money is refunded.  I went to the bank this morning and filed out paperwork to have the charge disputed as soon as the payment clears at my bank as well.

but there was always someone on the thread, not this thread but another thread, saying o no you could actually get more bitcoins for your money that way.  and that's why I fell for it.

This site needs to be better organized and its members more vocal when someone gets it wrong.

when I get my money back im taking it straight to coinbase.  mining is retarded.  you might as well solo mine its like buying a lottery ticket.  one block erupter $10 if it hits you get over $5000 if it doesn't who cares.

It would help if the word scam was in the topic of this thread, because then more people will get the warning.

I've been posting the word SCAM in big red letters all over this thread (and many others about CH). Other long-term members wrote well reasoned posts about how this business model is a dead end and a very bad financial decision for "investors", its just a scammy scheme which only purpose is to exploit noobs ignorance.

I can understand that mining has an appeal in itself especially for someone completely new to BTC, but you'd expect people to do a little bit of reading and thinking before throwing money to things, especially if those things are related to something as peculiar as BTC.

Right on the top of this webpage says:

Warning: Moderators do not remove likely scams. You must use your own brain: caveat emptor. Watch out for Ponzi schemes. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

Which means, you need to do your homework on any investment before investing any money and it absolutely should be money you can afford to lose! So when your dealing with an investment that fails, you move on! "Yes, it sucks but you pick up the pieces and focus your energy on the next investment(s).

The members here can't be the eyes, ears, governors and protectors of everyone (Experienced & Newbies) on this forum or website. The message above is meant for all members!. Potentially every offer on this forum is a scam and all posts should be treated as such when making your OWN opinions on any deal or offer.

I think we should take the advice "You must use your own brain" and lets not voice our opinions or post replies on other peoples behalf (the newbies) . They figured out how to sign up to this forum, I think they can strike enough keys on their keyboards to voice their own opinions. Because this forum calls someone a Jr. Member, doesn't mean that their not experienced in bitcoin or the bitcoin community!
