Looks like everything is stable,
MOON block explorers show that blocks go faster than before the fork and rewards per block now are 4847 MOON per block (instead of 16414 MOON before the block 1,250,000),
let's wait for news from Philip Stanton (mebagger2) who is a new leading dev of Mooncoin.
Several days ago he received a detailed description of Smart Likes technology and let's guess he is currently working on implementing the algo.

The thread is really quite silent currently, it is usual for summer season though.

It is especially calm and silent if there is a bearmarket combined with the summer season. That will sure change in a few weeks or months. I am really looking forward hearing something back from the new lead dev! Are there any detailed information to find about some kind of plan/ roadmap and the experience before?

The development is relatively low compared with it's existence. The price is as low and supply is high.. My opinion is that coin swap in a 1000:1 ratio just to reduced it's supply as devs to take an acute action. Still got my 700k mooncoin

That depends on the Bleutrade exchange.
If you keep your coins at exchanges, their admins decide things.
That's not fair, but the community can do nothing about that.
Try to submit a ticket at Bleutrade, maybe you will be able to withdraw coins.
Some exchanges allow to withdraw even delisted coins, typically you have to select 'Delisted' coins on the page with your balances.
I don't know if Bleutrade allows to withdraw MOON at the moment.
Please try that and inform the community about results of your attempt.

My wallet is not syncing up with the network. It synced up to "1 hour behind" and is stuck there. Could this be the fork that has changed the way the wallet interacts with the network? Wallet is version v0.13.9.0
Please advise. I like the project and I have 150,000,000 Mooncoin in the wallet. I hate to lose them.

If you use 0.13.9 (the latest wallet), then everything is okay.
Make sure that you have a copy of your wallet.dat and your passphrase in a safe place.
That's general recommendation, that's not about Mooncoin only.

Why it's synced up to '1 hour behind'?
That may depend on time setting of your PC, in that case you are able to send coins from the wallet even if the client doesn't show that it's fully synced.

Changes were made already in 2016-2017 (by barrysty1e), in 2017 by Vassilis,
the fork in June was successful, and now current dev mebagger2 (P.Stanton) is working on implementing MoonWord and SmartLikes directly into the wallet.

Small percent of wallets still use 0.10.5, but their users must pay attention that the 0.10.5 version is not supported any longer by block explorers and exchanges,
and to avoid issues all users have to update the wallet to 0.13.9 which is well tested since 2017 and works great.

The world wealth is probably about $500 TRILLION, BTC's market cap is $100 billion.
There are thousands of dollar billionaires. How do you think, do they feel something about possible missing the train (one the most recognisable asset in the world)?
People often say that market is always right. Okay, the market was right in 2011, so what? In fact looks like markets are irrational. Probably, over long term kind of equilibrium will be reached though.
