RCHAIN INTRODUCTIONThe RChain Cooperative and its partners are building a public, Sybil-resistant, and censorship-resistant computing utility. This is an open source project. It will be a blockchain-based platform for specifying, verifying, building, and running decentralized protocols (“smart contracts”) that form the base for decentralized applications. On top of this technology platform, a broad array of solutions can be built, including financial services, monetized content delivery networks, marketplaces, governance solutions, DAOs, and RChain’s own flagship decentralized social platform.
REDEMPTION PROCESS: https://redemption.rchain.coop
REDEMPTION ENDS: 2017-04-15
-Team Message-
Dear All,
Thank you, greatly for your patience, the moment has come.
RChain has made their Redemption Process page live redemption.rchain.coop.
If you hold AMPs with the intention of swapping them for RChain’s RHOCs this message applies to you.
The RChain token redemption event is meant to give AMP holders who expected to use their AMPs on the RChain platform a chance to redeem their AMPs 1:1 with RHOCs (promotional credit tokens).
The process will last 10 Days and end 2017-04-15
Please read and understand the instructions and terms and conditions before participating
It is important that you DO NOT use an address from an exchange to recieve RHOC’s. Create an ethereum wallet with keys that you control. Lost RHOC’s can not be retrieved.
Join the slack channel (RChain Slack) for live support as well as to share ideas for further developments of the RChain Ecosystem. More announcements about developments on all fronts will be coming soon. RChain is finally on bitcointalk!
I still have hope this project can turn out well. It sucks they're going to do a manual 10 day ICO style swap. I feel bad for the people that'll miss out.
Make sure you swap your AMP to RHOC! Synereo is a horrible project.

So is rchain a new ico, or people don't fund it just swap amp to rchain? No wonder the price is up, because speculators wanna sell on noobs again. AMP team wants to rebrand to get rid of "scam" tag? No way. People will find you everywhere.

I've heard a bit about this project but i have to say i'm not ecstatic about icoscamdown being involved.
There're many things that I don't like with RHOC. RCHAIN the open source code to run a dapp needs to get made. I want to build dapps ASAP. I hope they can close the deal with https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-otto-84bb469 from Otto Capital out of Seattle WA for $10,000,000 USD after swapping AMP to RHOC.

Yeah because they paid to you for PR, it is ovbious, you are new account, it is paid service, their ico price varied from 27k-40k sat, but the recent price 3-5k, if it is not a scam, mtgox and cryptsy are not a scam

I definitely want dapps being built as soon as possible. We need more dapps in the crypto ecosystem. We need more toys to play with! The current plan is that Otto Capital will fund a Seattle WA based co-op that will build the code. In return they get special help from the co-op to set up an accelerator that builds dapps. I like this part of the plan.

This is not a ICO or a investment opportunity. Its simply a swap.
I'm fine calling this an ICO. No one really knows what an ICO is. This is all seems a bit like some virtual reality game of trading coins and powering up coins with abilities. Greg Meredith is asking people to send him AMP coins. He will then take all the coins and send you back a new coin with the powers he gives it. To me that sounds exactly like what everyone else is doing and calling an ICO. My ICO will take BTC and probably other coins. I'll then send people back the new coins that have the special powers that I give to them. Both things looks the same to me. Maybe there's a difference because he's only using AMP coins in his thing that he's calling a "swap".

You need to clarifiy "What power Greg will give these coins" because your statements are unwinding very fast my friend. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pZZ6LYpZVPsRbpqmtDp5rUWUIlrzNrn_Tec6EbAlgZ0/edit?usp=sharing1.1. Promotional Credits may be used only to 1) redeem in exchange for the RChain software access protocol tokens on the RChain network; or 2) redeem for software services directly from LivelyGig, Inc. dba “RChain Holding Company” and/or dba “RChain Incubator”, or its affiliate software service providers, which expressly elect and offer to accept Promotional Credits in return for providing software services early, or at a discounted price, or both (“Early Access”), in anticipation of redeeming Promotional Credits for software access protocol tokens on RChain (“collectively, Eligible Services”). No software service provider shall be required to accept Promotional Credits, and no guarantee is made that any software service provider will elect to accept Promotional Credits for Early Access to their services. Ok I take back what I said. This looks worse than an ICO!It's like an ICO but with added restriction where your coins can be voided.

You need to clarifiy "What power Greg will give these coins" because your statements are unwinding very fast my friend and its very hard to follow you. This is a swap. This is the first swap I have ever seen between the Omni Layer to Ethereum. BTC/Ethereum is not involved in this process. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pZZ6LYpZVPsRbpqmtDp5rUWUIlrzNrn_Tec6EbAlgZ0/edit?usp=sharing1.1. No software service provider shall be required to accept Promotional Credits, and no guarantee is made that any software service provider will elect to accept Promotional Credits for Early Access to their services. This coin will be used as credit for a swap at a later date to the actual rchain platform. Its giving AMP holders a chance to swap over to a Rchain if they invested in the Rchain vision during the crowdsale. This is an ICO, why are you not given the tokens out free of charge, even some ICOs do give out their tokens free of charge like the just concluded Byteball and the developers will now hold the remaining tokens and centralise it the way Steemit developers did with their project. I believe if the ICO thing will work and be sustainable in long term, it needs real restructuring because alot of people are taking advantage of people.

Ok I take back what I said. This looks worse than an ICO!It's like an ICO but with added restriction where your coins can be voided. If i go out and commit fraud with Rcoins yes those tokens that i used in the case of fraud can be voided. If there isnt that level of due diligence I would question most projects in this space. Case in point, all the terms and conditions and boiler point language is in there for very good reason. It's to protect investors, the community and to protect the integrity of the project. I have no interest in telling you how to feel just so long as the facts are straight. I was more thinking a long the lines of people who don't use the coins for awhile could have their voided. The same might happen to people who don't swap by a certain deadline, like what is currently happening. If you don't swap during a 10 day period your coins will be void. As a dapp developer It sounds like I could get kicked out of "their" network if they don't like my dapp for any reason. Fraud could be 1 reason but another reason could be because my dapp is competitive with theirs. "No software service provider shall be required to accept Promotional Credits"
