Suppose if there are a number of ICOs started for different coins by anonymous developers then how can we find that which one the legit ICO and which one is scam ICO?

Well before you invest in an ICO, it's best to do your research. Ask around especially on thier telegram group, watch their engagement with the public. That way u will be able to make a less risky investment in an ICO.

You said Anonymous Dev, so why will we be interested to invest like those project. Maybe I could wrong but I think we need to know the guys behind the project before investing. To get some review from Top Experts we can follow cryptodiffer web site.
developers identity  very important for us to trusting anyone with our money.if they didnt provide their identity how could we trust them, isn't if very risky if suddenly they gone?

it's easy to find the legit of ico just looking at icobench this is the best way to find out if ico is legit but it does not end to know ico if it's legit or can not just look at their website if it's legit admins or copies on another website and the last one is to look at the token sale if they have been raised and how many members in their group know how to find out if ico is legit or scam because that ico scam and their claims are investors so it's too hard to join ico because of the size of the risky so you just have the courage to get the ico to earn but there are also ways to earn like in the bounty and in trading.

I am starting with its whitepaper and the roadmap. If I find that they goals seems to be realistic, I am doing a further investigation of their team members and the product development level. The last step is to ensure that they have a legit community.

A few things to consider to know if an ICO is legitimate. First, team strength - are there industry experts, legal advisers, people with past success, marketers, and of course developers? Are team members transparent and with a social media presence? Second, token strength - is the ecosystem created with multiple uses for the token? Is there an escrow mechanism in place? Then check its technology - is a security plan outlined? have previous bugs/problems been resolved? Is code open source with activity in GitHub? Is there a prototype and how is that going? Lastly, their solution - What solution does the project solve? Is the problem real and the solution feasible? Now, with all of these considered, I'd recommend you to invest in Bitrus (BTRS), award-winning trading platform with a lot of benefits and new features.
