It would be fun to see who the heavy hitters are and what a heavy hitter is defined as.  I want to get an idea of what is considered a lot, or a little.
I'm not sure if I have a lot or a little, so I will ask the community first. 

I'm sitting on a good amount.  Wonder if I have more than anyone else, or not.   If nobody has close to my amount I might keep my mouth shut.  lol

this really is a silly question. I think no one will publicly their tubers amount, and if so, they can lie, I can say whatever I want, and I do not need to prove how much you have. So I'm curious, you pose this question for what purpose

I think that who has more btc in this forum are the scammers creators of shitcoins.

Few weeks ago a certain Dev scammer stole more than 50 btc and it was not the first time he stole so many bitcoins, so I understand he has stolen bitcoins since 2014

Nobody on their right mind here in this forum will speak about that thing as they are afraid to be targeted by hackers. Also big time investors with that huge volume of bitcoin at hand doesnt spend their time hanging out in this forum but they are busy on their business. In my opinion there are no individual in the world that has 1 million bitcoins in their disposal but the possible highest amount an individual can possess is that of a hundred thousand bitcoins and not a million.

Should be the founder of silkroad, he has 220k bitcoin, but after he got caught and imprisonment, his all btc are in auction.

Silk road founder could have the most bitcoin in the past. Soon after the problem during the auction I could have got split into the hands of several users. A single man got auction of 60k bicoins, which is one third of the entire amount he has. So I don't think we can make a perfect decision of the highest holding person.

Bitcoin is anonymous and I think it will stay that way and many people like it that way like myself, and I think in some country because bitcoin don't progress more is because some people don't really share info and knowledge about it they just don't like other people knowing that they have some extra thing in their wallet and does only want to keep it to themselves.

You wont get accurate answers here since no one would tend to tell of their bitcoin holdings in public and they would rather choose to keep silent than saying on how many coins do they have and also exposing private information is not really ideal to be on public as we all know hackers and scammers are everywhere no matter how good you are on keeping your bitcoin the risk of lossing it is still there.

Yes indeed. Saying your amount of bitcoin to everyone in public might just get you to be hack by someone who wants your bitcoin, since we are talking about who has the most bitcoin here in this forum. The predators(hackers) are always out there just waiting for its prey(the one who has big amount of bitcoin) to get out of its shelter, and besides, I don't think that it is important to knows who has the biggest amount of bitcoin here, it is not that easy to believe when someone says that I do have the biggest amount bitcoin here in this forum, unless that certain person will show some evidence that he do really have.

And having many bitcoins doesn't mean we have to shout it out on everyone, on what purpose? to boast it to all the bitcoin users here that you are rich? and then what? you have got nothing, and we just wasted our time on talking about the amount of bitcoin that we do have. Instead of searching for the person that has the most bitcoin here, why don't we just keep on saving and holding it and keep it for ourselves, I guess that is more important to do.

The real big holders of bitcoin cannot be too vocal, for the sake of safety they would just shut their mouth and continue earning bitcoins. I doubt if he is really telling the truth but 100% I would not believe without any proof. I do not know who has the most bitcoins here and I am not interested to know it, it's enough for me that I'm earning bitcoin and I will be more focus on myself than minding other people's business.

You're right. Being vocal makes them a target for hackers. Although they can protect themself against that. However something like an extra password feature would be likely to implemented some day. For the average user, hackers are just an easy target.

may be I am the number 1 from bottom. I have bitcoin worth of about 0.1 btc and this amount makes me feel rich sometimes then think when i will have 1 btc what will happen. my cheast will sweel up in happines while I will be owner of 1 btc. hoping t gather soon 1 btc.

A 1,000,000 BTC is a billion dollars. I wont let anyone know I have that kind of amount or I am sure there will be hackers flying near me.
No one will claim that even if he does have it. It is too dangerous.
This could also shaken up the bitcoin society thinking what if's? What if suddenly he dumped it? There will be a lot of panic selling that might happen and could lead to bringing bitcoin back to low numbers of dollars.
