Difference of Trading and Investing?

Regarding investing and Trading i could say that theres no difference i guess since when you do trading you are investing out your money which means its still an investment because anything that you risk to earn money could be considered investment.

This is what I'm thinking too but there are some people that are saying that trading is very different from investing. They are thinknig that investment are just with passive income and you don't have to do anything with it. But I really think that trading is a type of investment so I guess they are just the same and they both good.

I think putting money in trading is also one sort of investment as you are taking risk of putting your money into something whose result is unknown to you either you make profits or loss but I think investing in trading is better then investing it in any hyips or cloud mining sites.

Well that is I'm talking that trading is sort / type of investment but there are some that sees it different. And there is no doubt that trading is better than HYIP or any cloud mining sites because those investments are just a total scamming tactics. I love to invest to legit ways of earning rather than with those scams.

both of them is difference, but to make it easier to understand, when you investing, you trust your money to someone and you don't need and can't do anything with your money until certain period, when you trading, you used your skill and knowledge to generate profit and you need to some work in trading, you need to pay attention to the chart and keep the updated news everyday

so when investing you depend on somebody else when trading you depend on yourself

Great explanation, simple but straight to the point. I consider trading and investment are the same, because when I put my money into trading, it is a kind of investment too.
For me, both are risky but slightly different about how to make sure the outcome will be good. Investment in my point of view is whenever I want to doubled my capital, whether that's trading, start my own business, buy and hold gold or bitcoin.

Well good point for both of you there. For me, i consider investments as more on the long term side while trading is for daily or weekly ventures. Investing for me is when i put money on a prospected spurce of income which may take years. Similar to as you've said, starting a business. While when im trading, as per experience, i only deal with btc and other alt coins

I personally don’t think that investing or trading is worth putting and risking your money on you are just better off saving your money in bitcoin, or you could spend some time learning some skill and offer it for people in exchange for bitcoin, nothing comes easy or without cost you have to work hard for your money.

You do have a point but we are speaking out of trading crpyto or other currencies which mean you would really need fiat money or investment to earn money on trading which means trading can be really considered as an investment but unlike other any investment you will need to work hard for you to be able to make money.

when you are trading, you invest in facebook (stock) or something like bitcoin and when it is worth more you sell it or part of it to make profit then buy (invest) when it is low again.

I dont really think that trading is part of investment because in order to get some profit you need to keep on trading it, thats mean if you are do nothinf then you are not going to get profit. It is different when you day that you are going to invest on trading. Both of these has different outcome

Trading is the place where you are going to multiply your investment by putting buy and sell order, while Investing is you are choosing something where you gonna place your capital on which thing you think it is potentially  has a capacity to grow your investment.

i think its not the same with ordinary trading because i think its called investment and we are not going to sell when the price is not high and we are considering to keep in for long term. in trading, i think we doing buy and sell for short term but if the conditions is like now where the altcoin is getting down, then we have two option which is sell or still hold for a while and wait the increase price soon.

The difference between of trading to investing is how do perform that two. In trading you invest a small or big amount of money (depending on your money) and then you do buy and sell high of different kind of stocks whether it is bitcoin or out of the cryptocurrency like fiat and stocks while investing is you will just invest small or big amount and then you will just sit back and relax and just let your money work for you and starts growing. So as a conclusion, Trading is like a job that requires you to perform everyday and Investing is not a job because it is done just once.

i do not think that there is such a big difference between the two. both are looking same to me, if you are trading something so you  are going to invest your money there in such business, therefore i do not think that there  is such a big difference between the two.
