I correctly understood that automatic updates should not wait? Why it happens? Is this an official update? How safe is it to update manually?

What is the question?
Updates happen automatically, this means the version not changed so nodes will not auto update.
This for users who wanted to try minerstat, but they had v4.6 afterburner. Because afterburner/drivers are read-only not it is crashed, now it is protected.
But for ClockTune support need v4.5 afterburner to use.

msOS Update
Updated AMD Memory Tweak by Eliovp to the latest version.

To gain some speed (Similar effect to Claymore's RXBOOST) for your RX 4xx/5xx models (1-9%) you can set REF value to about 30.
You can change straps directly from https://my.minerstat.com/memory-tweak or by calling a command on msOS

Code:
amdmemtool --REF 30

If you discover any good value. Please, share with the developer and the community on his thread:

VEGA64, PHOENIX-ETH, ETH MINING - SOLID 45MH

Core clock: 1030Mhz
Memory clock: 1030Mhz
VDDC: 800mV

Straps on the picture, but most key values for speed:

Code:
amdmemtool --REF 7000 --CL 14 --FAW 12 --RP 10 --RFC 300 --RCDRD 16 --RCDWR 5

** EDIT: Increase --REF 7000 results in additional 0.6MH
(Who are trying REF values for RX560, 570, 580 seems --REF 30 were the best for me)

msOS Update
Better Error handling for any server outages
The agent from now will show a message on authentication error (Invalid Worker / AccessKey)
Shows more debug output (e.g: starting miner, killing ports ..)
Adjusted sync loop to start only after miner started.

Benchmark

Added two new options - to delete individual benchmark row and to clear individual result.

Delete is helpful if benchmark keeps failing or if specific client is crashing your rig.
Clear result is helpful if you want to re-benchmark only few algos and you don't want to redo the whole list again.

Check all minerstat features.

Windows Node Update (v4.1.2)
• Corrects a possible issue with Afterburner when every value was "skip" external profile still got applied.
• Benchmarking now saving states, so no need to click on  [Continue Benchmark]. If for some reason the Node restart itself.
