Why musicoin price will moon:

- miners dont get good profit anymore
- miners mine other coins wich are more profitable instead
- miners buy more musicoins with altcoin than directly mining
- supply will fall
- demand will rise

Can someone explain how the hell nomnom.technology pool still paying 314 coins per block ? Earlier we were worrying about "code is law" thing, that blockchain should not be changed somehow, it was ignored by ETH and others and now we have some kind of chaos with mass soft/hard forks. Now we have this: owners just ignore their own rules and do whatever they like on their pool. What will be the next step on Musicoin project ? I don't trust to this project anymore.

Don't blame the project, your blaming the wrong people.

Why are you on nomnom, that is owned by the old dev team member who is apart of musiconomi now.
The dev for musicoin warned about that pool theyre shady. leave that pool, use orchardcoins or minerpool.

Why would miners buy MUSIC?

It's not going to moon man.  It's just not.

I don't get that either.  If mining a block rewards 246 coins then how do they give 314?  How does that work exactly?  Sounds like a scam to me unless their statistics can back that up.

Is anyone currently using nomnom and can give us some 24 hour data or something?  MUSIC is moving up on WhatToMine a bit.

and orbiter explorer isnt even working anymore? do people still even care about this coin? either that pool is willing to lose all their coins or something funky is happening.

looks like most of the remaining miners are the ones who dont keep track of news and just let their rigs run without any research.

Who runs orbiter explorer site?  The MUSIC dev team or someone else?

Is it up to the pool to distribute each block's coins according to the new rules?

I'm running a test on NomNom and so far I'm not seeing any better results than WhatToMine says I should be getting, and WhatToMine is using the new 246 block payout.

i expect devs should be running the orbiter site since i am not aware of any other explorer available.

block reward is up to the pool. the pool gets 250 with each block found and it will be divided equally among all miners.

that means there is no reason for nomnom to reward 314 because he is getting 250 yet he is distributing 314... unless he is throwing away his music (or worse, there might be something questionable about the payouts/fees).

the problem is people cannot even verify if the payouts are valid since the transactions arent even appearing in orbiter.

what's happening to orbiter? if you open a wallet, it's not listing new post-ubi transactions

We're aware of this and have been fixing it for the past couple days. The network is still in the process of resycning. Thanks for your concern. Smiley

Who runs orbiter explorer site?  The MUSIC dev team or someone else?

We have servers that runs orbiter.

devs are not even able to keep their own explorer to work properly?

i really do not understand how this could happen. you guys had months to prepare for UBI. you even asked EVERYONE to be prepared and upgrade their clients.

i suppose i will just stay away from music until i see more clarity that everything is not going down the drain.

I think I found one answer. Posted yesterday on fb:

The Musicoin team is proud to present you our new and improvised design of the homepage over at https://musicoin.org. This is just a sneak peek of what the future version will hold and hope you all continue to enjoy using our service.

It seems it is in progress.

It is very good but undervalued projects. Good projects need time to get recognition and acceptance. Bad ones could be pumped and dumped. Musicoin is on the right path.
