Bounty: 100K+ MC to improve Musicoin Desktop Wallet https://github.com/Musicoin/desktop/issues/55Musicoin Desktop Wallet(MDW) is an open source project to support end users to well transfer the currency($MUSIC) between different stops. It's been downloaded more than 40K copies since it's first released at Feb. 2017, a big proof that it's a useful tool. Unfortunately, the focus of core dev team has to be more on blockchain upgrading, web application development, and mobile/hardware partnership, etc, to make the ecosystem bigger and widely adopted by layers of stakeholders. The efforts putting to MDW is very much eclipsed. It's time to call community to join and help develop a better MDW. After internal deliberation, we decided to open this opportunity to public: We'd love to offer 100K as 1st round to call community developers to join this repo and help develop MDW together. The money is only one part, we wish to connect music loving developers to build a harmonious world by unleashing 8 Million+ musicians around the globe. Furthermore, we are open to offer other rounds to upgrade the tool to higher levels. Keep in mind, your ideas will be rewarded as well, even not becoming reality. Our common goal is to make this tool more efficient to run on multiple platform, ease-of-use and highly reliable and keep it open to future creativity. It's easy to follow this post and sign up quickly to start the conversation and contribution. Join us today and you can make the change! https://github.com/Musicoin/desktop/issues/55

The price wont rise until the supply slows down theres now 441 million coins. thats 40 million in last couple weeks. There will be close to 500 million by christmas. Would not panic buy there will always be someone selling some That's a 20% monthly inflation rate... completely insane! actually I'm surprised the price has not crattered even more. How long the supply it is supposed to continue to grow at this rate? Our hyperinflation is estimated at 600-800 million coins before slowing down. Thanks! I hope you guys the best

If you believe the price will skyrocket soon that's one thing but I see no evidence it will. It just keeps going down while other alts are spiking, some to all time highs.

how to change the blockchain directory ? as my c drive is full
no body has an idea ? At the moment, because our GMC and desktop client is limited in its functionality, there is no easy way to change your C:\drive directory without going through series of technical steps. Since the GMC client's data path is wrapped to a fixed location, you have to change its path every time you run GMC and the wallet. If you are still up for this task, make sure you download the GMC client from https://github.com/Musicoin/go-musicoin/releases to your linux system. Copy your blockchain data from the chaindata folder located in c:\user...\appdata\roaming\musicoin to another location. On your GMC, type `gmc --datapath <your new path>` with your new path being your new location. The minimum recommended size for downloading our blockchain data is at 20-22 GB. Keep in mind that we are currently welcome our community to work with us in building a better desktop wallet, a sizable bounty will be issued for this task. More info can be found at https://github.com/Musicoin/desktop/issues/55. Alternatively, you can use the parity wallet (v1.8.0 and greater) or MyEtherWallet to store musicoins that way. We are not affected from the recent parity hack. You can download the parity wallet at https://github.com/paritytech/parity/releases, and there is a guide on setting up MEW for musicoins at https://trustcoinmining.com/bbs/board.php?bo_table=blockchain&wr_id=9. I hope this helps.

It works in linux so it should probably work with windows too.

I hope you guys the best So, now is the great time to mine MUSIC. I think price could drop even more during this hyperinflation period. I dont think so. Using whattomine calculator for estimating mining profit. It looks not good for miner at the moment. http://whattomine.com/coins/178-music-ethash?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=160.0&p=405.0&fee=0.0&cost=0.8&hcost=0.0&commit=CalculateSome months ago, its price stayed at 500-600 satoshi, then plummented and for now it is around 150 satoshi. Of course, it is your choice and your analysis, I simply give you my recommendation. You should mine other coins, such as ETH then sell them and buy MUSIC if you really love the coin. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/musicoin/

Last weekend, our Musicoin Ambassador Joel Bevacqua (Deadly Buda) was invited to Russia to join a panel discussion on blockchain technologies in intellectual property exploitation at St. Petersburg International Cultural forum. It was reported that Andrey Krichevsky, head of IPChain has expressed his sincere interest to open discussions with SOCAN and Musicoin on possible cooperation pacts in the future. A detailed article about the event is available to read at http://www.theharddata.com/2017/11/20/russias-ipchain-to-work-with-musicoin

What Happend with this coin? down down and down
I cant understand WHY
Because of high sell pressure. This coin is one of the most profitable mining coins. There are many miners who mine this coin and of course, sell after transfer them to the Bittrex. That's why the price has the difficulty to go up.
