Godddammit, I'm still fighting with Bitinstant to get my fucking money transfered into Bitcoin. Goddammit! If I miss out on this, I'm done with Bitcoin.

It shouldn't be this difficult to get some fucking bitcoin on short notice. This will be the downfall of Bitcoin as a currency. FUUUUUUUCK my life!  Angry Angry Angry Angry

Alright guys I just got off the phone with Ataxx he said he will have the BTC by SUNDAY! Keep your fingers crossed!

We will still be taking contributions. Whatever BTC we need at the end he will fill. If we still need 60BTC by sunday he will get all that!

So, is it only multiples of 10,000? If we have it filled by sunday, is it still possible to order more than 10,000? I'm doing everything I can to get some BTC Sunday, but what happens if it gets filled today? Does the Sunday deadline hold?

Thanks! Just trying to figure out how I can make this happen. I REALLY want in. I'm bumping my order up to 100 pieces. (8.Huh btc)

I can float you for the order (up to 10 BTC) for a fee of 1.5%, if you can give me some assurance the transfer is in progress and the order will be in my name until you pay me (and if JohnK/ragingazn is okay with changing the name midorder).

Let me know what you think.

The payment was sent my Bitcoin address 17RXcRMUiXqsQkCqqYKXJkP1B4Lqm47hFB in transaction 9aec2f45059f191dfa9c9691616580c517b27c15a9555570e83589e116def697 and was sent on April 26, 2013.

Anyone know how long it takes to transfer funds from bank (via Dwolla) into MTGOX account? I started on 4/22 - the money is gone from my bank and nothing is in my MTGOX ACCOUNT!

It can take Dwolla 2-5 days to get the money from your bank and cleared, then the transfer from Dwolla to Mtgox can take like 5 hrs to clear.

The money is already gone from my account. Dwolla already cleared it, why is there no money in my MTGOX account?

it takes like 5 hrs for mtgox to clear it from dwolla. so its gone, out of dwolla, kind of in limbo until mtgox decides that its legit and you can use it. only then it appears in your account, but it was gone out of dwolla long before then.

Can take up to a day for Gox to add funds via Dwolla, typically I see clearing times of 4-7 hours.

I don't like the fact that we are relying on one person to pay such a large amount to save this thing.  Shouldn't others have a chance to get in on this if they have their bitcoins ready to go?

Seconded. Ataxx needs to fight the clock on this, we can't trust a person with no forum reputation to come through on $12,000+.

If wrenchmonkey sends his BTC to escrow, he should bump folks that haven't yet escrowed, but are saying 'trust me'.

This is absolutely not correct. You cannot make such bias against all of us - this is not autonomy. This really leaves a bad taste. If you are so much confident, put your btc in for him and get paid back.

Please re-open the thread! If Ataxx misses, it is his fault, and he still can get onto zefir's thread.

Come on- this is outrageous. Your this stance alone encourages me to pull out of this.

In fact, if you do not open this thread, I WILL pull out of this crap.

I am interested in buying more chips. Can't put the BTCs together on time, only was able to deposit partially. If anybody is interested in selling their chips, please let me know.

I am planning to order PCBs for assembly as soon as Avalon deliver the promised Reference Design and I be able to check and test everything and only after building a working prototype. I can help anybody with the assembly and testing of their boards if requested.

Not to discourage anybody, keep in mind that going with the Avalon design, requires more than the main board (80 chips Module) to make it work i.e. it requires the power distribution module, CPLD control unit, back plane, USB interface, etc.

There are other DIY projects going on, but I understand that they are only for a single or a few ASIC chips in a standalone board.
