I've updated the OP with --Encrypted--'s list, which means not everything is on it yet. Went through the whole OP and removed a lot of spelling mistakes, dots that shouldn't be there, etc. I've also sorted everything again.

but now they already increase the pay rates

great work, makes looking for sig campaigns a heap of alot easier!! i just found this page a little bit earlier today i'm quite surprised i've never noticed it before anyways you've done a really good job!
