Everyone waits for ages for the price to go up. And when it goes up they totally completely fucking panic and crash the price back where it was before. Bitcoin traders....
' This poster... His shit is on every page. What he doesn't understand is that the price has it's own will. People want to sell because they want to take profit. Because they've bills to pay. Because they want to invest in something else. Because they're scared of something. But he's crying for every dollar we drop, every time. I disagree; I think he's got a pretty good take on the whole situation.

Coinfloor exchange is now accepting UK Fast Payments for deposits - the first UK exchange to do so! so sameday deposits. You are lucky. Here in France, bitcoin-central is slow. The quickest exchange i know is kraken: 24/48h to get a sepa deposit registered on it. Actually I have been using Speedy Bitcoin for a while and that is instant and has been for ages. They're UK based and BTC in your account within minutes. Been very handy in sudden moves - there is a fee - but in that "Shit! No way of buying but look at the price" moment - it has been invaluable. In the Netherlands there's bitonic, it's also instant. But it's not really an exchange. Still they usually have about 500 bitcoins in reserve. (sometimes more sometimes less), however you can only buy for €10.000 per transaction, and a maximum of 25 bitcoin (whichever comes first). They are reasonably cheap, but more expensive than exchanges. However since they are instant, they're less risky. You need to have a bank that supports iDeal (the Netherlands) or MisterCash (Belgium), in the future all SEPA countries will be able to use MyBank. They only allow these payment options because they are instant.

have to cash out a few btc. better now or in the morning? whats the odds its hits 650-660 tonight?
74.9998% thats a very exact percentage? :L how did you come up with that? Well, I took a piece of paper and rammed it real hard up my ass. Just as you asked, I noticed a tickle around my butt. Sure thing, the answer was out. However, that was for $635. $650 is only 12.4106%. Fuck, this made me laugh. If you like to laugh about percentages see my sig that joke is actually funny, no lie. Thanks :-) It just developed to be a joke, I laughed my ass of when I was able to give the 15,6% answer

I think bid pooling (by Second Market and others) has an interesting bias of encouraging low bids. In an extreme case, you would assume that a bid pool might only bid for one block - as such, you could bid as low as you wanted for 1-50 BTC and the average bid for the entire block could still be high enough to get it.
I'm assuming that the submitted bid will be the sum of the bids. So if two people bid for half of the blocks and together submit a single bid for 3000 BTC, if one person bids 500 and the other bids 700 - you end up with a bid of 600.
What this means is that low-bidders gain advantage from the bid pool, whereas high-bidders are hurt.
Now this effect is alleviated if you have enough demand. But it is an interesting case that could cause bid poolers to bid even lower than regular bidders (who were trying to bid under-market).
That said - I'm still guessing the entire 29-30k BTC were sold for an average of for 1-4% above market value (though the market value could be anywhere from Thursday through Friday 5pm).

Kinda feel the same way, this don't look real to me. But hell, 7 solid months of a skittish, panicky bear market can begin to make even the most diehard bull feel pessimistic. So what do I know.
