Following our logcharts from 2013 we should be a bit higher in price, not?  Huh

Long time since it was posted last time.

everything is still fine!

I was intrigued, I set up the same chart. There is a lower touch point. Connect the $2.22 on the logarithmic weekly.
Connect the bottom at 5/27/12.
This allows for the logarithmic bottom, today, to be around $149 without the trendline being broken.

Pics or it didn't happen.  Cool
I've actually tried it myself - interestingly, it is possible to draw a slightly lower line on the 3d view with May 29, 2012 (and the 2.22$ point) but it doesn't let me go back so far as May 27 on the daily view. You must have some unbelieveable screen resolution there or you're using a different chart.

The original line drawn on the weekly view and the one on the 3d view (logarythmic scale):

Close-up at the current situation with those two lines (linear scale) - notice there would be some place exactly for another ~255 bottom with the lower line as support:

Does anyone expect price to rise soon? I told my church that bitcoin was misunderstood by the media and that it's actually the best form of money ever created, because it's for the people and not controlled by greedy bankers. The pastor agreed that Christ himself would have approved and they invested a small fortune. But he's getting worried now, because the price keeps going down. What should we do?

Even bitchick has a sock puppet account... hahahahahahaha

despair

Maybe?

There are a lot of us who continue to hodl and buy, yet there are a lot of us who are beginning to take desperate measures, too because we did NOT expect the downtrend to last so long or to continue so deeply.

Surprise!

I am NOT sure whether "surprise" is the right word for it because each of us has our own mixture of sentiments, rationalizations and preparations.  Nonetheless, there is some element of "surprise" that seems to describe my own sentiment regarding the current state of affairs with BTC's price....

Yes, of course the soothsayer, aka MMITECH, did know because s/he/it is such a smart and all-knowing idiot.

By the way, Mmitech, weren't you going away from this thread?

Oh, I forgot, we are NOT going to be so lucky because you want to stay around and continue to say: "I told you so" at any opportunity that presents itself.

Well, it kinda fits the pattern - right when nobody's expecting it.

If you have one you can request it to be removed. (I don't know why I know this.)

You can't.

That is one of the outstanding unsolved technical problems of bitcoin.  It is one of the reasons why I am skeptical about its future.  If those so-called bitcoin experts cannot even fix that…  Grin  Angry

That explains why so many people are still stuck with exactly the same looking avatar, shiny looking bitcoin logo...

Here is an example of one person here who got theymos to remove his avatar.

Vlad where is your avatar!?

Finally got theymos to remove it for me.  Wish he would have let me replace it but that wasn't possible.

Cheers!

There are more reasons to be sceptical about bitcoin than just a stupid avatar issue. If that is what lead you to be sceptcial about bitcoin, you're a bit slow. It was doomed already before that!
