Monkey told me to close my shorts, so I did, for an 8bp loss on the position.  Monkey says up for 8 to 12 days, then down for the next month.  And THEN the big one.  Of course Monkey is guessing, but he seems to guess a little better than I do.

Escaped from the grid over the weekend with no internet access (even got to sleep in a tent in the rain!) and come back to see nothing's changed.

Still $587 on BitcoinAverage, no weekend rollercoaster, flat as a flapjack.

Smelling more and more like coiling before a breakthrough, hopefully upward.

At least the downward spiral has been halted for now but hopefully like you said, consistent sideways usually means we're ready for a significant move & hopefully it's upwards.

Chart looks good to me. With the effects of the halving taking hold, the next miracle run might just be in sight.

A number of us have pointed out that long sideways low volume periods usually end in a significant move up, or down. The reduced supply should stop those miners dumping as much, which should pave the way to a good pump soon.

I suppose because a huge dump. This days are really "rare" in bitcoin exchanges, a lot of dumps, then pumps, then dumps... neverending story... in my opinion we get in this days a big dump (I don't know when) followed by a huge pump... but you know.. life is a mistery and then bitcoin is also a mistery. Who knows!

But what we are talking about is the super shemitah cycle. It is the 7th year of the 7th cycle. The 49 year... and 343(the last date of the super crash 1673) years since the last mini ice age ended. (*edit: or the peak of the mini ice age when it started to decline (*aka: The Maunder Minimum)) (*777 things... the stuff of pixie dust & Legends!)

lol. The Stock markets especially in the USA are super bullish. There is not even a slight sign of an incoming crash.

I know a lot of people would bet all their money here on a financial collapse because they wish so. But people have been calling dooms day for decades and still nothing has happend beside the 2008 money printing and the tech bubble.

It looks like we will have our answer today or tomorrow if it goes down or up... But I think it will go down since silver and gold are currently going up.

*Edit: It needs to break that line before it reaches any timeline to be in a bullish trend... if not... the bears will have a dump confirmation!


*Edit2: Also ... look at that chart... crashes seem to happen every 7 years.... first 2002.. then 2009 ... now 2016!
