So, TheGeneralissimo, you think we capitulated already?
most interesting

isn't that obvious?

Get above $6,500 and stay mostly above that price with perhaps a sporadic dip to $6k (maybe $5,720 would be acceptable), and perhaps I will start to become more convinced that the bottom is "in"

How did we miss this? Or did we? Latest Bizonacci from a week ago....

Saw it linked on Twitter day it was released. Thought it was his weakest video so far.
It is very mild by his standards. Maybe he was sparing people's feels or some shit.

This is awful.
I feel sick.
Why?
Been waiting months to buy at 100.
My 8000 GBP investment is worth about 2000 GBP now.
I was told BTC was the future.
This is bull shit.

Years old pages of this thread are filled with fun... really!

I'm back on the doom train guys.

I think this is just to get our hopes up so the next leg down hurts more.

Wow good catch on LFC at those times.... In hindsight, his full post history from January 2015 is both terribly depressing and incredibly hilarious: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=379487;sa=showPosts;start=10020

Guess there's a lesson for everyone to learn somewhere there.

I can afford to lose it in the sense I'm not going to get into trouble buy that doesn't make it any better.
I was convinced BTC would make me serious money.

Bag holding is bull shit.

I should have been a trader.

Amazon makes move into "blockchain technology"

https://aws.amazon.com/qldb/

... it's basically just SQL db with a git-like journal/hash-chain indexing bolted on.

Quite clever as it provides all the functionality of those trusted central party bockchain networks without all the distributed verification/storage costs.

So a lot of totally unnecessary blockchain utility networks, ICO's, startups, etc have just been superceded, any that use central trusted parties, banks, insurance, health, etc.

They have taken all the blockchain features that do not need distributed consensus model, i.e. tangential to bitcoin, and provide them as a configurable cloud service infrastructure back-end.

Every time when these "Staircase" jumps come, it is what follows. Some entities are playing really hardball.

So if I understand well : BTC will be dead again soon, Bezos will go to Mars, not Musk and his SpaceX is doomed?

OT:

I love how the stock market rips higher not because companies are doing great and making more profit, but because the Fed is signaling that it'll keep the credit cheap so companies can just keep borrowing more money for more stock buybacks.

You are talking to a guy who honestly believes that dominant genes drive recessive ones out of the gene pool

I said that in just about any white + black offspring, the black genes almost always completely cancel out the white ones and look absolutely nothing like the white parent at all.  You might as well just be deleting your genes and not having kids if you're going that route.

Take Heidi Klum's kids vs Cindy Crawford for example.  Cindy Crawford's daughter looks almost identical to her while Heidi Klum's kids look nothing like her at all and just look like standard nigglets.  The supermodel genes were completely canceled out by the black genes.
