Does anyone feel a bit frustrated with Bitcoin at the moment? In the last 3-4 months we have seen stock prices such as Tesla and Amazon sky rocket. Even gold has increased 25% since a year ago.
Will sentiment for mass bitcoin appeal come back or are we destined to not grow much further? Or worse, collapse?
We haven't grown in price at all since a year ago whilst the world has gone through hell and investors looking to eye what will be new norm in 10 years: more Amazon / AWS technology and electronic cars. Bitcoin seems to have fallen off the radar a bit.
Are investors fooled or are we fools?
Frustrated, Not at all. Stock markets appear to be where Bitcoin was in late 2017. Most of us know how hockey stick shaped parabolic moves play out anyway. How long, who knows. When you say a collapse in price, I assume you mean a price collapse still higher than zero? There is plenty of new interest in Bitcoin compared with the previous year and more buyers/volume than ever before waiting for another special deep discount opportunity. I think this has created the recent stability in price you're referencing. So, you didn't buy under 4k just a few months ago? Why is that? By all means, go chase gainz in the stonk markets. The more the merry. Printers full speed ahead! Bitcoin still has a hard capped supply, its value measured against USD does not. The math is not difficult and yet I expect patience and greed to be fully exploited. #BuyTheFuckingDip (if there is one)

jbreher likes to pump them up too, I wonder why that is? He might want to chime his picnic bear ass into the mix, as well.
I don’t pump coinbase up so much as I point out that for a good number of use cases, they are apparently the best option. ive sent people there (USA) as its easy and about as legal as you can get (insured regulated etc). add they have whitelist withdrawal addys and that vault thing for long (well medium to us) term storage. they can use yubikeys as addition 2FA for peeps that dont really get the reasons and tech like hardware wallets and such, understanding seeds, private keys and all that stuff thats second nature to us its not bad. later as they learn they can pull the corn to a proper wallet. Surely, you have a point there. I always recommend that newbies should have both a way in and a way out of their investment, and there are some difficulties in terms of one-stop shopping in regards to having both in and out avenues, which coinbase does provide both of those avenues (as long as they do not end up freezing your shit - or locking up your account for a long time, when it comes time to cash out). So, sure, a bit of a dilemma, especially in the newbie scenario and some locations still have limited options, too.. whether talking about getting in or getting out or even making sure that you are able to transfer your bitcoins into an outside wallet... which is really a downside to something like robinhood and similar apps/services, at least so far. If you are serious, then you need help..
Sincerely, go sodomize yourself with a length of rusted pipe. Then go and stick your head between your legs, and inhale deeply, your own perfect flatus, while grinning in ecstasy. Your nosey presumptive arrogance has always sickened me. This community has been increasingly turning me off for reasons you aren't even aware of (you're not cool enough) so, seriously, just get fucked in the most painful way possible, you utterly ignorant bellend. Not that I agree with your point, but surely well said... that's for sure. Ot oh After watching this topic for a while I guess I decided to invest a few hundred bucks in yolodice too. This rollercoaster looks fun. I wish there were more trusted casinos that accept investors' money. Yolodice looks safe enough. It will be a good addition to my freebitco.in investment.
Yolo dice, Mindrust approved! One thing that we gotta say for bob is, at least, he has not gone this far, yet...... not that we know of. Please bob and others, don't do a mindrust... it's the beginning of the end for everything.. we see where it goes. Holy shit!!!!! And, Globb0, what are you doing on that thread? Might need another meme just to express my shock in regards to that particular thread.

gonna sell some corn soon for reasons. expect the price to rise as a result.
I know when WO sell their corns then they are in bad need. I really hope everything is fine for you and you get some good value from the corns you will sell. thank your for your thoughts. but im just buying new toys. when i need a set amount by a particular time i try to dollar cost my way out. so in a month i would set up (say) four periods of sells on en exchange, one for each week. if at weeks end they didnt sell all or any at that weeks prices, ill sell the 25% anyway, then set up the next weeks sell. then 2 more weekly sells to finish the month and get my needed amount. naturally i will just pull on the spot whatevers needed in an emergency. This kind of cashing out from time to time practice seems similar to what Jimbo does - even though of course, each HODLer is going to have slightly different methodologies to just live his/her life in a way that does not preoccupy himself/herself, but still attempts to manage liquidation in a way that is prudent, reasonable and either tries to maximize incremental cash out given that such cash out is also within a timeline that has been authorized by the HODLer.... My thinking is that it surely helps quite a bit for the HODLer to have at least one exponential BTC price rise period in his/her rear view mirror - and even better if the HODLer has more than one exponential period in his/her rear view mirror, which seems to be the situation for both you and Jimbo.. Of course, there are a decent number of other HODLers who are in a similar situation to you and Jimbo.. and since bitcoin is a bit past 11.5 years of life, and maybe 10 years of having a "kind of" market price, there have been a quite a few opportunities for earlier people to get into bitcoin and HODL through (while they are getting older too)... For me, I only have one exponential BTC price rise period in my bitcoin HODLing history, so even though, based on my own investment situation, I kind of feel as if I could engage in similar kinds of practices as you do, I imagine that I am going to feel even more comfortable after another BTC exponential period.. presuming that another BTC exponential period comes in the coming few years... if NOT, I will be just cashing out, anyhow, from time to time as needed (or if needed - I seem to have plenty of cash and cashflow, so no real rush in any kind of incremental BTC cashening out, at the moment), so long as the BTC price is over $5k (at least that is my theoretical bottom price at the moment - including considering the passage of time and how money could potentially be needed at various points down the road.. .even a few years from now, or whatever). I like reading some of these kinds of real world explanations and the various ways that guys (or gal) might consider weighing their management/balancing of their BTC holdings as compared with other assets that they might have, including real world funzie desires... (don't spend too much on lambos, hookers and blow!!!!!... hahahahaha).. and surely sometimes, personal details might not be known (and surely we do not need to share all of those kinds of personal details, whether OPSec concerns or just some needs NOT to get into too many personal matters)

Bitcoin Price History procentage of rise and fall, let's focus on the 27+ procent movements
26 jun 2019 price 13875 usd
after 6 days 30 procent fall 2 jul 2019
after 8 days 37 procent rise 10 jul 2019
after 7 days 31 procent fall 17 jul 2019
after 20 days 36 procent rise 6 aug 2019
after 78 days 40 procent fall 23 oct 2019
after 3 days 41 procent rise 26 oct 2019
after 30 days 37 procent fall 25 november 2019
after 79 days 60 procent rise 12 february 2020
after 30 days 63 procent fall 13 march 2020
after 1 day 59 procent rise 14 march 2020
after 2 days 27 procent fall 16 march 2020
after 3 days 45 procent rise 19 march 2020
After 16 march we went 135 procent up and still didn't have any drop 27 procent or more. The moral of the story is if you bought any of those 27+ procent drops you were in profit with at least 30+ procent relatively soon. There were 6 drops in the last 12 months with 27+ procent drops. So on average you had 1 nice chance to buy on every 2 months.
