There's 3 different categories of cases: possible, probable, and confirmed. A confirmed case is the same thing as an infection as it means SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid has been detected in a laboratory. And its what the number written by Bob represents. Check for yourself:

Colonial rule was unjust and centralist basically, we'd disagree with it now just as much as people did back then.   The correct action was revolution, independence and freedom.   Of course the establishment refused to recognise that and would have denied the correct path for growth, in end possibly causing troubles similar to what occurred in Ireland under similar rule.     Same difference now, what might favour some now easily could hinder growth for the majority of the people not the established bulk of the economy and I hope we find just as much the correct path for growth that favours society overall.

BTC is challenging a weekly average over the weekend and its not certain in its direction at present and has the 50 DMA above that to beat also.   Mostly range bound and towards the bottom of that range for the moment.

A federal system ruled from Washington is centralist too. Under your logic, individual states should all secede

I don't know how a small dip can indicate a large upward move, especially since there was a complex prior dip in 2019 that had many ups and downs all the way from 13.8K to 7K, BUT
there are other non-chart indications:

Currently there is a mad scramble to purchase miners.
Maybe it is because some company in US ordered 17-18K of them, maybe some internal squabbles at bitmain.
All I know is that ALL bitmain miners are sold out until at least Nov 1.
If this in not bullish, then I don't know what is.
