I'm fructose intolerant (malabsorbtion with systemic symptoms) Have a nice day, y'all, seems like it's buying time this week again What about Xylitol? Does not raise blood sugar or insulin levels, no fructose and doesn't contribute to dental decay.

I'm fructose intolerant (malabsorbtion with systemic symptoms) Have a nice day, y'all, seems like it's buying time this week again What about Xylitol? Does not raise blood sugar or insulin levels, no fructose and doesn't contribute to dental decay. I can rinse my mouth with xylitol, about 4 grams, which makes a real difference, like polished feeling teeth. I don't swallow it, because it will give me stomach aches and also unpleasant shits and much of gas. Nobody knows why (yet) but some fructose intolerant people don't do well with sugar alcohols (about every sweetener ending with "-ol"). I'm unlucky here. Many sugars and even sweeteners are broken down to a certain extent of fructose. Lactose is the big exception here. I also only can take small amounts of glucose to tolerate well. I also had a bad time with Ribose, which is needed to synthesize ATP, the source of energy in muscle cells and for nerve regeneration (mostly with building up gas). The source of the problem (or lower level symptom?) is that i have no (!) lactobacillae in my guts, according to lab tests. Nobody knows why, but as long as i drink raw milk (cooked up to 70° celsius max.), symptoms are minor and i can tolerate most of vegetables and i recover a lot faster from the "bad food". EDIT: Doctors suggest that i damaged my "ileocecal valve", which prevents bacteria from the colon to go up to the small intestines, by supressing farts too hard. Lactobacteria somehow got replaced by other bacteriae, and this makes lactos hard to stay and replicate in the digestive system. On the positive, i don't get no caries, no matter how hard i try. In past times when i was not aware of the fructose intolerance and worked in offices with up to eight people, lots of meetings, i was full of gas and didn't let out, up to a point where i felt like stabbed in my belly when standing up from a chair. This was likely to be the reason for the damaged ileocecal valve. EDIT2: Out for the rest of the day. The wife is on a four-day workshop and i'm home alone with the four kids. The next adventure...

you DO know you can educate yourself. things called books. try them sometime. i made it out of some very dark periods in my past. i didnt blame others, i sucked it up and bettered myself.
Dude, you know his first port of call will be J. Phillipe Rushton's Race, Evolution and Behavior, swiftly followed by Grant's The Passing of the Great Race or Morton's Crania Americana... Best you're getting out of him is maybe Spengler's Decline of the West. errr. yeah. mea culpa. i have a long standing thought that most humans are inherently good. in light of (somewhat) recent events, i am revising my thoughts on this now.

Right before the fourth shit of the day, i might go some 2-3 more times, still.
Finished extending the main house by another 40 square meters (roughly), got the window openings sealed at night, right before the rain kicked in.
is the extension going to be an additional huge bathroom?

What are you guys talking? This kind of random talk shouldn't be done here. This thread is meant for discussing & tracking the price movement of BTC. Please keep it related is the extension going to be an additional huge bathroom?

The U.S failled bending the curve, Americans are not disciplined enough and they reopened way to fast. We do have an inordinate amount of really retarded people. Hopefully this will change that. I remember when all this started in February. Neil deGrasse Tyson was asked what he think about covid-19 and possible pandemic. He said this is all a big experiment. Experiment about if people will finally listen to scientists or not.

Some like Proudhon or Kwuckduck can be absolutely hilarious.
The funniest thing is that Proudhon is not actually a real troll, he's an account owned by an OG permabull that ironically posts as a bear troll to amuse himself. The wink-wink giveaway is that his troll posts are always dripping with sarcasm. I lol every time newbie bulls here jump all over his troll posts, so gullible. They don't even realize that they are being punked. How true. That's why I find him hilarious. I sometimes wondered if Kwuckie was the same. He was just too much of a caricature to be taken seriously. Inspired by this discussion: perhaps we could set up a weekly or monthly poll where we could vote for the funniest/craziest/most retarded/delusional troll of the entire WO thread? We could name it a "Roach Award" or something...

Think options expire on the 26th...regardless...sometimes little blips intersect other little blips and can form larger blips.
You are right. I am an embarasment to myself. Today is 25 not 26.

Hm. Amazon is out of P100 filter cartridges again. Glad I placed an order earlier last week when everyone was being assured that all was well... Simple truth: Reality exists, and I live in a country with complete and utter fucking morons. I'm now prepping for a year up from 3 months (assumed 3 months for nukes), not sure how long they will last if I have to wear 8 hours a day at a "job", still have the option of retrofitting them with HEPA filter material if needed. Because P100 respirators are the *only* thing that will keep you safe when a piece of shit Trumper/Anti-Vaxxer/Plague victim decides to assert their "rights" around you. Oi. Likewise if a company doesn't have a 100% masks on policy in the office I'm not working there. Fuck that. Edit: Citation of National Academy of Sciences paper: https://www.pnas.org/content/early/2020/06/10/2009637117Note: Early publication, may not be fully vetted. Summary: Our analysis reveals that the difference with and without mandated face covering represents the determinant in shaping the trends of the pandemic. This protective measure significantly reduces the number of infections. Other mitigation measures, such as social distancing implemented in the United States, are insufficient by themselves in protecting the public.

Smart people will, problem is the dumblocks can drag us all down. And this is just a dress rehearsal: 2-5% death rate is nothing compared to a 30-50% rate (what SARS was if I recall). Given today's climate I can see that going global. Maybe I need to stock up on 2 years worth of filters, not one. Hm.....

Who is ready, to break this number of days Seems that you are planning quite far in advance, dude. But surely we are getting closer and closer to such possibility - which is not out of a reasonable realm of possibilities. My "back of the napkin" calculation puts 1180 days at around 3/21/21 (using Excel.... hahahahaha... I cheated).... still allows LFC to beat Bossian (which is ATH or not by the end of 2021 bet)... but at the same time, many of us have been hoping NOT to have to wait so long.... by the end of 2020, even seems reasonable under current conditions... By the way, what are the odds to break the ATH duration on this time? I am thinking that odds are pretty decent (at least slightly better than 50/50.. maybe 53.5/46.5 that we get an ATH before 3/21/21, which would cause this time around to NOT be breaking any duration of wait records.

Good day everyone! Needed to greet that way because I am a bit worried on whats happening today. I don't know if you WObservers have seen how the infamous F a T F t ra ve l rule is unfolding. I know most of you will be able to avoid/circumvent this implementation, nonetheless I am seeing many industry players racing to adopt it. Any comment on that?
my only comment? what is that (in very general terms if its a secret or something). yes im out of the loop. too many projects keep me away from bct lately. Try to recompose the letters I have put that way and see for yourself: I don't wish my posts to be indexed because of that. In any case, it's about new regulations which might deeply impact corn transfers. Hence I wanted to know form anyone here if anybody knew something. I guess WObservers don't really seem to care......

..... by supressing farts too hard. ....
My dear old late Dad, after being admonished by Mom at the dinner table for lifting a cheek, would invariably answer.... "Where e'er ye be , let thy wind go free...." (This pearl of wisdom especially applies during the recitation of the lord's prayer at Sunday mass. ...usually gets a couple of snickers from the bored ones....)
