i am dissapointed that CoinBull still doesnt want to follow on the bet, since his chances of winning are now much higher.

I was wondering what happened with that. I just woke up, I'm on my first coffee and I'm too lazy to go back over all the pages posted overnight.

I kind of feel involved because he first offered the bet to me after I laughed at what I thought was a joke.

I was impressed by the stubbornness with which he staunchly defended his opinion to the extent of accepting over $7k worth of bets.

Then I woke up to see this morning's little panic and wondered if he might actually cash in.

All for naught?

For anyone who hasn't seen the reason for this flash-crash.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=403499.new#new

Is there anything new in that 'news'? Isn't it the same situation as announced in December just clarified?

I didn't see a flash crash, I saw a correction.

I suppose we'll all know in 24hrs.

A bear wanted to manipulate the market in the early hours (and still trying on btc-e) just needed some kind of negative news to play on top of.

I kinda liked the old thread name better... not the Gox part, but the hardcore part.

Maybe Adam should add the word "trollbox".   Grin
