... Can you or any of the trolls find at least two people who predicted $10K coins, who now say the price doesn't matter. ...
Google is your friend Wow, even the two lines of text under the links make me facepalm hard. Thanks heartastack, I have Lamby on ignore and didn't see he replied for (his alt ) Jorge. However, that friendly google search is only half of what I asked though, I wanted to see these same people now saying the price doesn't matter. But whatever.

Certainly not because bitcoin is undervalued jorge! You are hilarious.
Well, I find hilarious all those bitcoin experts who last May predicted 10'000 USD/BTC or more (way more) for Jan/2015. (And who now are saying that "the price does not matter, what matters is the technology".) You know, I am actually glad to be totally ignorant about bitcoin. I wonder if you could actually find some of these experts you find so hilarious. Can you or any of the trolls find at least two people who predicted $10K coins, who now say the price doesn't matter. And you have been around way to long to claim ignorance about Bitcoin, otherwise I would question your claims of being a highly educated person. Here's one ........ That way you won't have to be standing with your pants around your ankles in 12 months time when the price is at $10,000 ranting about why it has "no value" ...........
I bought bitcoin in 2013 because I thought it was an exciting phenomenon and I wanted to have a "horse in the race". I wanted to be in bitcoin - not in dollars because I thought it was an immensely powerful technology and had a bright future. I measure the success of my "judgement" in terms of adoption, proliferation of understanding, consolidation of the technology etc,

To the defense, it could just be someone green behind the ears when they first started and thinking it would be 10K by now. Myself, I have learned so much from this community ( more so on how to use the ignore option )... what I think now vs when I first got in is just astronomical.

True, I also knew nothing when I started, and could see no reason to dispute claims doge could hit $1. Now I understand that market cap and number of coins minted mean it needs a cap of over $97 billion for each coin to be worth $1. I was green behind the ears too.

New topic: Wall Street Observer
like I said, they have been here since at least July last year (. Only announce now that positions are established. Kind of juicy irony in the "new level of transparency for bitcoin pricing" comment ... since they have likely been manipulating the crap out of the price for more than 6 months to get in cheap ... idiots who listened to the noise and sodl will haunt them for life.
regarding comment about Coinbase not benefiting directly from bitcoin price ... probably you don't know Fred E. or Brian A.

Thankfully I knew enough then to avoid doge like the plague. I did buying and dumping doge though lol!

You watch these market charts and you CRINGE
Months and months and months of decline accompanied sometimes by this obvious fake growth. These random pathetic 2-4k flash pumps are the only ones that are keeping the price somewhat stable, at least for a couple of days. Just watch the entire chart. It looks like some people are trying hard to keep this unusable currency afloat. It's sad.

Or you could just keep your private keys in your own control. So... do we have better exchanges? Probably. Good enough on average? Probably not. Thing is: money will move from people with lax key security to people with better key security. So over time bitcoins are being stored more and more safely.
