some are being dumped on auctions, yes. draper got a lot of them on auctions.

btw, the biggest supplier of coins these days is china. to move cash to china requires time and people like loaded. or burtW.

Well,  $400 in less than 7 days seems improbable, so it would be reasonable to bet that we will see it in at least 7 days.  More is more likely.  Still, the whole thought makes me squirm a bit.
