What a guy.

Max Keiser is a Pump-and-Dumping scammer.  In my book he deserves zero respect, even if he gets it right once in a while (which he will of course loudly publicize, in order to build enough credit to initiate his next P&D).

He is.
But he also was the face of Bitcoin once, as Roger Ver is now and Bruce Wagner was before him. It's just takes a certain personality trait. That makes me wonder why Roger "GoX is fine" Ver is still hold in so high regard.

He's not, but he talks funny. Proper nerd. So we listen.

I don't trust Max Keiser because first he supported Max coin, then disowned it and claimed it was nothing to do with him. He changed his tune too much for my liking. If he has already done it with an alt coin then he will probably do the same with any Bitcoin related project he gets involved in.

He speaks very fast with a bit of a nerd lisp, a nerdish "always on guard" attitude and monotone voice, not really caring if people listen to him.  A bit like Norman Chan from Tested, who is an ũber-nerd. A King among nerds. Ver tends to over-articulate to avoid the lisp though. That, coupled with a rather blank facial expression makes his facial movements look artificial. Perhaps it's a libertarian thing too, but it screams nerd to me.

it looks like the 'plunge protection team' got involved.. not sure that is the wisest thing to do when it appears we (i mean they since i own no bonds or other junk paper) are having a bond market rout in progress. i suppose they did that to keep everyone from doing a 'chinese panic' en mass all at the same time. this guy who dumped all those shares has likely been reported for this obvious suspicious behavior. the black suv's are already arriving out front of their building now.
