Looks like HitBTC could use some more coins.

http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/hitbtcUSD.html

Interesting. I haven't logged into my account there for a while. Logged in and had quite a few coins there.

Was going to sell for a higher price and transfer to my other account but noticed I never set up a withdrawal for EUR.

With that wide of a spread I figure it's safer to take those coins off and put them in cold storage.

No Fees This Week When Buying Bitcoin with Euros
One of the main benefits of bitcoin is that it allows people to take control of their own wealth. Recent events in Greece have brought attention to this situation as the Greek banks have closed and limited customers to withdrawing 60 Euros per day.

We feel that all Europeans should educate themselves on the benefit of using a global currency that is not controlled by any particular country or company. As part of our effort to make it easy for anyone to buy and sell bitcoin all over the world, we’re pleased to announce that for the next week Coinbase customers buying and selling bitcoin with Euros will have their fees waived.

To get started click here to learn more about buying bitcoin with Euros. From there you can store them on Coinbase (see our multisig wallet if you’d like to be in full control of your funds) or transfer them to any other bitcoin wallet.

Note: This offer is available through the end of day on July 5th (11:59 Pacific time). This offers applies to bitcoin bought and sold on Coinbase.com and excludes Coinbase Exchange. Coinbase offers customers the ability to buy and sell bitcoin with Euros in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

I'm pretty sure she is getting paid to do what she is doing, is there such kind of losers on earth  Huh

Seems like it. If she's not getting paid for all the countless hours she spends here, she needs to see a psychiatrist.

Come to think of it, she probably should see one anyway. Her obsessions can be a little weird.

Beside what you said, do she really think that with spreading that shit FUDs, she will stop us into investing and using bitcoins ? Or even stopping newbies from using it ?

There are a lot of methods to FUD is more effective way  Roll Eyes

I certainly don't think she'll stop us from buying or using bitcoins.

As for the newbies, I always advise them to thoroughly research Bitcoin, starting with Satoshi's white paper and including James D'Angelo's Bitcoin 101 Blackboard series, before converting any funds into bitcoins.

I also advise them not to lend too much credibility to articles by those with an anti-Bitcoin vested interest, such as banks, payment service providers or the mainstream financial media.

Any noob who would be swayed by NLC's FUD probably shouldn't be buying yet anyway.

This !

Any noob simply believing NLC's FUD, shouldn't be here yet. A lot of research must be conducted by him/her.

The front page of r/bitcoin and some of the comments from crypto companies doesn't give off the most inspiring impression. There's a definite vulture-esque feel at times. They should've stepped up when it was less desperate.

Alternatively, any noob deterred by that FUD does not deserve bitcoin. I am convinced that bitcoin are an excellent long-term investment opportunity (hence my 4-step plan: Buy bitcoin, wait 600 days, ?, profit!). If you can't handle the risk, and are too scared by the price history (the 18 month downtrend), that is your loss. The rest of us are going to laugh all the way back to $1180 and beyond.
